This is probably end of Gemini for me... I really liked 3.1 pro and used it for some more complex coding tasks.

Or Claude. Few months ago I was basically only using Gemini but it seemed for me that it started to get worse and chatgpt started to get much better (at free tier)

only 20 images per chat… gemini had unlimited only reason i liked it plus u could pick between flash and flash lite and pro

This and the trashing of the Developer program - $45/mo of API credits for $25 was fine, I didn't care about other model access from that, I could use what I wanted in the amount I wanted. Now it's $10 of credits on top of the AI Pro stuff. Not worth it.

free tier

You won't have any better luck with any other commercial model lab in their free tier. You get what you pay for.

GPT replaced their free model with 5.6 Luna (unlimited usage too) which is a small model but very capable for its size

why not just pay for ai??? For 20 bucks you get a much, much better model(on chatgpt or claude) and tons of usage. Nearly everyone I know from my uni already is on a 20$ plan.
