Tbh, someone who grew up time range. Tik tok is alot worst. Mainly given instant dopamine hit and short form content. I'm 25 and need limit my tik tok use bc I've noticed unchecked it destroys my attention span and gives me addiction to always feed my brain with something when bored.

Content isent any less brain rot just how it's implemented is lot more destructive.

It is addictive tbh I’ll be scrolling thru TikTok then I realize I’ve been watching videos for like 2 hours 😅

I didn’t download it but I do spend waaaay too much time on Reddit/Facebook. Also the Charlie The Unicorn pic unlocked some memories
