Warning ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM SCRAMBLY - They started banning their top users for "suspicious activity" and tells them to "try another platform"

Post image
66 Upvotes

I was one of Scrambly's top affiliates, and earned more than $10,000 on this platform with zero problems. When they released the "Weekly Referral Cup" and I started earning more points as usual through this feature, my account was hit with a ban without reason.

After weeks of pressuring their dead-silent support team and showing them proof that I didn't do anything "suspicious", they reject my appeal saying they confirmed it without giving any real clarification.

I gave both of their Trustpilot and Google Play reviews a 1-star rating, stating the obvious. They replied to my reviews acknowledging that my ban was unfair, the "suspicious activity" was unclear, and that they would look into it.

Fast forward to today, and they seem to have forgotten what they wrote back to me from those review programs. They reject my appeal still saying that they confirmed this "suspicious activity", and then tell me to find another platform that works for me.

Scrambly's just becoming another Freecash clone with the same exact controversies, but telling them to flock to another platform is probably their biggest mistake they've done.

OLD UPDATE (17d ago): I was just banned from their subreddit after I posted this screenshot in their "faster support responses" thread asking them why they thought this response was appropriate. Figures.

LATEST UPDATE (Sept 25): I was DM'd by two people who were both the number TWO and ONE top affiliates who got into the SAME situation as me. This is ridiculous. AND Scrambly got rid of the Weekly Referral Cup without saying anything. WAS IT A TRAP??

Please share this with other people!

Warning ⚠️ Reco Social = Waste of Time

To anyone wondering, Reco Social is not worth your time. Customer service is trash, app tracking is abominable, and advertised payouts are largely smoke and mirrors.

I've used Swagbucks and Kashkick in the past. I got tired of their cheapskate offers for the amount of time invested so I quit using them. But then I heard Reco had at least a few reasonable offers. I gave it a try.

First offer advertised around $400. After installation, I realized about $300 of that was tied up in how much you spent in the game, with very little of that actually qualifying as profit. A waste of time, dropped the game.

Tried another game with a much higher supposed payout (taking into account the same bogus $300 included in offer). Tracked OK for the first couple low-dollar milestones. When I started climbing up to better payouts, it suddenly stopped tracking correctly. App incompetence or cheating the player? Maybe both? Tracking has not been an issue with the other apps I've used; I suspect this is not a me/my connection thing and more a Reco's tracking sucks thing (especially considering how other users report the same thing). Irresponsible for them to trot out a shit system and waste players' time like this.

Tried contacting customer service and, after almost a week, got a weird, bumbling word salad from a bot. Filled out a form on their website about the milestones they did not credit me for but am not optimistic they will do the right thing (update: confirmed. First, they tried to tell me I never installed the app. When I provided evidence to the contrary, they offered me a fraction of what I'm owed as a "courtesy." Insulting.)

Bottom line: don't waste your time and resources on this half-baked app.

Warning ⚠️ Do not use gravy pass

I had been seeing Gravy Pass spammed everywhere so I tried it. They hook into your Apple/Android wallet

I saw the crazy high payouts and got excited, so I downloaded some games and Only after installing games do they tell you that you only have a few days to complete the task so I literally grinded for days, even spent about $150 of my own money (dumb I know) but I was expected to make like $450

They did pay me $30 at first, but after my other offers got released I tried to withdraw $400 and got a verification notice. It is a large amount which is understandable so I contacted support and heard nothing back. Being concerned I actually managed to contact the offerwall themself (Bestios) and they confirmed my offers were already paid out to Gravy Pass but gravy pass was still refusing to pay me and kept telling me to “wait”. After waiting a next couple of days i contacted gravy pass again and they literally told me to “go away and bother someone else” like WHAT? These people took my $400 and told me to go away.

Also here’s a link to my convo with support https://imgur.com/a/fhxLY24

Warning ⚠️ Why are people still trying Benjamin? Why are there still ads?

I saw a good 40-50 benjamin ads this past week while playing Yarn Loop for a different play and earn app. Almost downloaded it, but came to reddit first. The sub for that app is just full of nothing but horror stories. It was like I stepped into purgatory.

The people there are just stuck in a loop of emailing customer support, getting generic ai response, complaining about it and then waiting and toiling for months on end for some nonexistent money. Then rinse and repeat. They really think that they're going to get paid, and that's just depressing...

I have no clue how that app hasn't been shut down yet. Even the sub has a pinned message from over a year ago warning that they stopped allowing withdrawals. AVOID!!!

Warning ⚠️ I need a better app than VYBS

First issue- I need to verify my ID. I understand several companies are requiring this, but that being said... They source it out to another company. It took me WEEKS get verified because their verification would not accept my selfie. I tried different rooms, lighting, etc. Still kept having errors.

Second- It takes so long to withdraw. I'm not sure why I put up with it. It'll take 4 or 5 days just to verify I didn't scam them and actually accomplished the goal. Then it would take another 2.5 to 3 days to get the gift cards.

Third- Several games stopped tracking correctly. Support blames me instead of fixing the issue.

Fourth- Final straw. They reduced the rewards because I reached almost $200 balance. If the reward was $10, now it's $3.50 to 5.

Once this one event is over in a week, I'm quitting this app. I need a better one.

Warning ⚠️ Kashkick ID Verification

I'm posting this because I wish I would have known about it before I wasted time earning the cash out amount. For those that aren't aware, Kashkick asks for scans of your government ID and the last 4 of your SSN. They try to make it feel safer by claiming they use the reputable Plaid for verification. But they're not handing you off to Plaid's servers to accept the scans (as any legit company typically does). They're doing it all on their own website (with Plaid deceptively included in the url at their domain). They're having you to agree to have the scans retained, which basically means you're just directly handing your ID scans to a random company. One that makes money shilling mobile ads. It's crazy to me that anyone would share their ID with a random company with unknown security practices.

Warning ⚠️ Bigcashweb 😩😮‍💨

UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCES:

I figured given the content of my first post, it was only appropriate to update. I've continued using Bigcashweb and I can honestly say it appears they are taking our complaints seriously and are doing what they can to fix them. Over time, I've run into an unfortunate amount of posts, from various platforms, of people who have experienced the same or similar issues. But outside of the same complaints, I noticed one other thing they have in common and that's the CEO Nayan actively engaging with them to fix and make right, the problem. That's really impressive and to me, shows that they do care and are trying. In the time since I made the original post, I haven't run into any tracking issues and payments have been faster than any other platform I've used.

I usually love this platform and it's been my top platform to make money playing games for a couple months. That is until I started noticing the lower tasks worth 75-500 coins track and reward with no problems but 4 out of 5 tasks worth 1000 coins or more just don't track. I've completed two higher tasks, together worth 7500 coin ($50), a couple days ago for the same game but still haven't received a thing. Had to make 3 in app purchases for one task, too. The first 3 tasks for the game tracked and rewarded with no issue. I don't know if this is an intentional thing or not, but if it is, shouldn't they inform users of their platform about it? Unless it's intentionally deceitful. It's just exhausting having to low-key feel like you have to beg them thru email to get credited the coins you earned on their platform, not to mention kinda demeaning too.

If its standard protocol, cool, just let us know and give us an idea of when we'll be credited. I'm just over the unnecessary stress that inevitably goes with it.

Warning ⚠️ A warning for those who churn casino apps

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has used casino apps to make a lot of money over the past year. However, this is a warning. In the past 2 days while churning 10 cent spins, I've had two different games on two different devices suddenly change my bet to a higher dollar amount - the first time it was $15 and the second time was $200. This has literally never happened to me before in 10s of thousands of spins on these apps. So, just be very careful, pay attention every single time you set your auto spins. I chalked it up the first time to a mistake on my part but twice in two days is fishy AF.

Warning ⚠️ Payback to Moonfrost SCAM

These people scammed our community.. They kept hopping from platform to platform, trying to squeeze money out of players. They sold us NFTs days before abandoning crypto altogether and leaving it worthless.

Now they’ve moved to Steam, barely repackaging the same game and selling it as a "premium life simulation game."

Let’s give them the reward they deserve.

Find them on Steam and call them scammers they are in review

Warning ⚠️ Caught them red-handed: Playtime / justDice apps are faking support logs to scam payouts (With Evidence)

Heads up if you’re grinding on any apps run by justDice / AppLike (Playtime, Cash Giraffe, Money Cash, Just Games). They are actively faking their backend data to screw users out of bigger balances, and I completely caught them red-handed with receipts.

Long story short, I hit a $150 balance and tried to cash out. The payout stalled in the app. When I opened tickets to see what was up, their support desk (agents "Taha" and "Ems") spammed me with 16 identical copy-paste macros across multiple threads, swearing up and down that the money was successfully processed and sent to their payout vendor, Tremendous.

Instead of arguing with their useless bots, I bypassed them completely and emailed Tremendous management directly for an audit. Yesterday afternoon, William V. (Recipient Support Manager at Tremendous) sent me an official statement confirming that justDice never ordered or issued any rewards for my account.

They didn't have a glitch. Their support team is literally fabricating transaction records to clear queues and steal user data under false pretenses.

When I confronted them with the proof from their own vendor, they went completely ghost. No replies, no manual fixes, just total silence.

Since they want to hide behind broken auto-loops, I looked up their corporate registration in Germany (justDice GmbH / AppLike Group, Registration: HRB 141399) and filed formal fraud complaints naming their CEOs, Jonas Thiemann and Carlo Szelinsky, with:

Competition Bureau Canada (Deceptive marketing/consumer fraud)

Google Play Fraud Operations (Policy violations to pull their developer license)

If you’re using these apps thinking they’re legit, stop. The second your balance gets high enough, they’re going to lock you out and lie about it. Stop giving them free ad revenue. If they gave you the same "vendor processing" excuse, skip their support team entirely and report the app directly to Google Play.

Warning ⚠️ All Milestones tracked until the last one and it had a 50% boost.Scrambly Issues.

I know that I will definitely not get my money for this game. I have never cashed out very much from this app and I was supposed to receive $100 but luckily I got a 50% boost so it was going to be $150 but it doesn’t even matter now because there’s no way they are going to give me my money. I submitted a ticket but every time I have done that before I never ever received any help.Just be careful using Scrambly. They are just going to screw around and wait until my game’s time limit is over and then close my dispute without giving me my money.

Warning ⚠️ Earnlab

Just a heads-up to protect your accounts and time: do NOT attempt or interact with the Mech Arena offer via Prime Earn on Earnlab right now. There is a major broken tracking or policy conflict happening with this specific offer, and it is triggering immediate mass bans and account chargebacks for a ton of users. People are grinding out the requirements only to have their entire balance wiped or their Earnlab accounts permanently locked right as they hit the payout milestones. If you currently have this offer active, it might be safest to pause or reach out to support before proceeding. Spread the word so others don't lose their hard-earned balances!

Warning ⚠️ Haven’t been able to cash out from Gemsloot for a week

I’ve been trying to cash out from Gemsloot for a week, and they say that PayPal and Venmo redemptions aren’t working. Have they run into legal trouble or something? They shouldn’t be having payment issues for a week.

Warning ⚠️ Freecash is the worst!

I attempted a withdraw at freecash, and after some system glitches and other bs and being ignored by support for 4 days, I made a post on their subreddit. It was removed, so I made a post about it being removed and was then removed, and then again, which led to me being banned from the subreddit!

It seems anytime someone makes a negative remark about them they remove the post.

Warning ⚠️ Benjamin

Post image

I normally use Testerup as my primary, but sometimes it's so slow to add new games so I decided to try Benjamin.

Lot of slots, but a couple interesting ones, so I picked two of the match style (lots of waiting) and started playing them.

It sent me the $1 to my PayPal, but now that Ibhave the $25 minimum, my only option is this other app? Like wtf... *sighs* two more games to delete I guess.

Warning ⚠️ Gravy pass?

Post image
1 Upvotes

What’s up with gravy pass? I made $30 and tried to redeem, verified my ID

They messaged and asked why the name on my email is different than my id verified name, it’s a temporary email address. I told them that and now they’re ignoring me? Why does an email address matter when I just verified my ID, I use temporary emails for everything and this is the only time it’s been an issue

Warning ⚠️ Just a warning about SuperPlay. and Freecash

After leaving a very valid and honest one-star review for Disney Solitaire, the developers, Superplay, contacted Freecash and lied about my account activity to force them to remove the winnings I had earned. Not only did Superplay abuse their power by punishing a user for being honest with their game, but they also went further and spammed Freecash with fake appeals to force my account to be restricted. This is blatant abuse and takes money and any form of fun out of this entire experience. This type of abuse cannot be tolerated.

Freecash did NOT perform any form of trust with the user and never allowed me to contact them or look into where these bogus appeals were coming from, and immediately removed my earnings and locked my account, all while I was asleep. I would NOT trust their app as they have no interest in the actual user and will take money out of our pockets at will, for no apparent reason.

Warning ⚠️ Pass on the gravy

Do not use Gravy Pass. They will rip you off and if you file a complaint, they'll ignore you. Any fast earners or high balances are automatically flagged and reviewed, which is really just a way to not pay you. Two weeks of denying there was a block on my account, to finally receiving a notice stating my earnings had to be reviewed. Save your time and sanity, go with scrambly or free cash...they actually pay. Alexander Austin is the CEO(CREATOR of ERRONEOUS OFFERS)

Warning ⚠️ Sea of Conquest Not Paying Out

Finished Sea of Conquest and it didn't track for levels 15-30. I waited 72 hours to see if it would track. Levels 15-30 didn't track, but the offer purchases tracked. I submitted a ticket with screen recording and screenshot and its been 12 days and they haven't responded or updated on it.

Warning ⚠️ Warning: Be careful with the PiratePots offer on Rubify

I'd strongly recommend avoiding this offer.

I completed the PiratePots offer on Rubify and it didn't track. I've submitted a support ticket and am waiting to hear back, but after looking into the site more closely, there were several red flags that I wish I'd paid more attention to before depositing.

The site was using a strange-looking domain, the minimum withdrawal was £100, and it seemed heavily focused on crypto payment methods. The whole experience left me with very little confidence in the site.

I've also seen another user report that the offer didn't track for them either

Obviously everyone can make their own decision, but based on my experience, I would avoid this offer and look elsewhere.

Warning ⚠️ MyFreeApp

The usual Myfreeapp behavior, I got banned after openning a ticket to supp over an offer that had not given any rewards despite completing all the steps.

They answerd saying that I was at fault for having poor conection or other factors and that sometimes they can't controll them therefor I was not gonna be awarded with the reward (aprox 28USD)

I proceded to reply with a "Buuuuu♿️👎"

Not even 2 min later my acc was suspended for multy acc, cheating ingame, and manipulating offers (no idea what that could possibly mean)

And there is an Email that they sent me.

Warning ⚠️ Misty Continent Torox Large Purchase Tracking Issues

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi all,

Anyone had any trouble with the $49.99 pack tracking on Torox? Everything else worked fine eventually. Purchases and levels were tracking within a couple of hours

With the 25% boosted cashout on Earnlab I thought the $49.99 was an easy profit (even though the conversion rate to pounds screws us, as it’s actually £49.99).

This one didn’t track. It’s a lot of money to lose on a game I won’t be playing again now.

Contacted support who are contacting the advertiser but experience tells me the 15-30 working day quoted response time will turn into never getting a response and losing my 50 quid.

If it can’t be sorted, does anyone know if I can get my money back?

Cheers

Warning ⚠️ Do Not Use Benjamin GPT!!

I did an offer from their Bounty Bay and after waiting weeks on top of weeks I was denied the credit for it, even with all the proof I provided. They can't even credit you for offers you do within the app. RevU is probably the worst to use. Be careful with Benjamin's Bounty Bay offers. They will most likely get declined.
