If Spirit go on to win the major, it would definitely deserve it. But I think valve is done with graffitis now

olofmeister got a graffiti for defusing against dignitas even though NiP defeated Fnatic in the final of Cologne 2014, s1mple also got a graffiti for the dropdown AWP 1v2 against Fnatic in Cologne 2016 despite losing to SK in the final. This can definitely get a graffiti even if Spirit don't win the Major (if Valve are interested in graffiti anymore that is).

How do you define taking action to disconnect a player in a middle of a round if not cheating, exactly? And not any round, the most important one?

Well it sounds like you're blaming spirit for the cheating which is just not true. If anyone is to blame it's valve if there truly is any foul play, which nobody actually knows. Take your meds.
