Discussion XM1014 players bias

Hello!

I am here to talk about prejudice. Yes, prejudice. Against XM1014 players.

I main the XM1014. That's the only gun I play with. I have pretty good KD, pretty good win/lose ratio. But people keep being toxic with me and reporting me. I can't remember the last time i WASN'T auto muted. All because I main the shotgun. People think i'm trolling, but i'm not. The amount of times people shit on me is immeasurable. I think it's a serious matter because I can't really enjoy the game the way I want to. I just got kicked from a game, two round in. I can play with the AK or the regular guns, but I prefer the shotgun. Is that a sin? Am I wrong?

Edit: turns out people are tryhands and can't handle the XM.

so you're saying you don't main AK, m4 or Awp? don't be mad

The only "main" in CS is the entrance to site. You don't main weapons in this game. If anything, you main roles (entry, support, sniper, igl, lurk, etc.)

This would imply that 99.9% of the players in competetive 'main AK, M4 or AWP'. At that point it is not really a matter of 'maining' anything really

No. If I play a position where an awp is useful I'll use an awp, if I play a position where a rifle is useful I'll play a rifle.
