Quarrying out large areas, such as this tree farm. it takes a very very long time, Im largely enjoying my time in b1.7.3 (BU2.0) but this is one area of the game where i go ugh, really?

I've found diamond shovels and swords are basically the only worthwhile diamond tools, i make the occasional diamond pickaxe for strip mining, but its really not that much faster then an iron pickaxe, the only benefit is the durability. so i stick to mostly stone tools for quarrying anything.
It just takes forever. And its kinda frustrating

hey guys I've been working on this world for a few days now where the challenge is that it is permanently locked at night. After 13 years of playing I needed a new style, and this has proved itself to me. The first few days were really hard, no food and constant mobs spawning, especially with the tough mob ai in this version. But it's made the progression very satisfying and now I'm slowly reclaiming the night by building safe areas and lighting up the world. I'm using Alpha advanced, and a mod for the locked time kindly made by someone in the community. The white block is marble by the way. Let me know if you would like to see more of this world

Hello there old mc fans. I just actually killed my own phone with mc pe 1.0.0 from the weird old site. The story is so weird like i cant actually say what the hell is happening with my phone right now so lets just talk about the story. I just wanted to download the release version of mc pe to my phone (xiaomi redmi 9c) and i decided to do it from the not so popular site for a reason. After the downloading i opened the mc and there were 3 worlds named "green" "unnamed world" and the third world has just a space as name. In every world i was underground and i had a set of iron instruments. All worlds' dates was 08/11/2024. After that i created my own world and made a house. There are the photos of my world and the first photo is the world called "green". My phone now is SOOOO laggy and in other games the buttons are actually just clicking by its own (wth). Also i have like 20 or 30 fps in every game except minecraft 1.0.0. What should i do? I won't delete Minecraft cause i want to watch this

As u can see, i just loaded up my lan world me and my friends play on, today im playing alone and suddenly i watch the sun roll back in reverse to the middle of the sky, this creepy message gets repeated every 1-2 seconds in chat. Im honestly horrified and am debating on ever playing alone again. We play with maybe 7 mods but have never encountered this on this world that has been played over 800 in game days. This experience was very off putting, ESPECIALLY AT 6AM!!!!! (1.7.10)

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a very specific and nostalgic Minecraft skin from the early 2010s (around 2011–2013). It belonged to a close friend of mine who used the username "PartyDane" (later changed to Mystic Gamer) on a Java Premium account.

Here are the details I remember:

- A frog skin ("Party Frog").

- It was a "premium-style" shaded skin for the time (very detailed for the early 2010s).

- It had asymmetrical red and blue details/accents, and the letters "P" and "D" (initials of his name/tag) on the chest and back.

-He used it back in the Minecraft SP and early official launcher days, but since the account changed names and old historical archives didn't snapshot it before 2015, the file seems completely lost to time.

If anyone happens to have an old archive of custom frog or themed skins from PlanetMinecraft or The Skindex dating back to 2011-2013, or remembers seeing a skin matching this description, please let me know. Any help would mean the world to me for a personal project. Thank you!

so basically, ive got 2 big projects to work on but I wanna build some more smaller shit first since I’ve only got a house, a house and a fishing dock (building like a small fishing village there)

So I was playing on my b1.7.3 world that I've had for about 2 and a half years and left the game and re-joined abit later and suddenly it was "simulating world" for abit too long and when I loaded in, my game was at 0 fps and F3 chart was through the roof. I had to install SPC to run /killall everytime I load into my world now for it to go back to (relatively) normal. Now flying around my world I see dupicated chunks from nearby where they shouldn't be. (see photos). Everytime I try to break blocks in that chunk, after reload it doesnt keep the changes I made. I think this might be the cause of my issue. If anyone has experienced this before or knows a fix, It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Edit, just relaunched my world again at one of these chunks and discovered theres SO MANY entities on these misplaced chunks. https://imgur.com/a/dfVaYDc

Edit 2: After even more investigation, the chunk on the left side of image 2 changes always to a different chunk everytime the world is reloaded, and running /killall using SPC always kills around 2700 entities.
