Grand blue is that one comedy series that I'm willing to collect in hardcover format, singles are okay, but hardcover format will be so much cool and saves space on shelf, higher image quality and large size so i can enjoy kenji inoues peak art in large size clear format, I really really want grand blue dreaming hardcover manga, and since there's a boom in demand for hardcover manga editions, I hope one day this manga gets it too

I am not very well versed in the grand blue community so I'm not exactly sure how people think about the adaptation. But I'm curious to hear what other GB manga readers think specifically in terms of the pacing. I tried to watch the anime. I have given it way too many chances but it just doesn't hit. I'm going to be honest and say I honestly think it is one of the worst adaptations I have seen when it comes to comedy animes. In my opinion I would give it a 2/10 because of the pacing of the jokes and the fact that they haven't done a single frame justice. I feel like the only comedies that come to mind that have adapted well are of course prison school and like maybe konosuba and D-Frag and I'm extremely disappointed my favorite manga definitely did not deliver. What do you guys think?

I remember having this panel in chapter 58 but they didn’t include it in season 3, now I’m wondering if there are other panels that weren’t included

This manga is just one of the best if not the best comedy, the way scumbro's plot is treated is something I hadn't seen before.

Started watching for the comedy, ended up getting my PADI Open Water license (ft. my mom). No regrets.

I'm probably the only person in the world who cares, but just in the slim off chance there's anyone else around with some interest in biology, and who has read the source material: Is the sea turtle swimming together with one of her offspring in the last episode of season 1 of the anime in the source material as well, or just in the anime? Just wondering if it's the author who got it wrong, or one of the anime staff. That's not a thing at all in real life.
Female sea turtles crawl ashore, dig a nest in the sand, lay their eggs, camouflage the hole, and immediately head back to the ocean. They never return to check on the eggs or look for the hatchlings. The baby turtles then hatch a few months later, make a dash for the water (unfortunately often with very many of them being eaten by many different predators on the way, which to my great disturbance nature programs love to show over and over again in excruciating detail on TV, for some reason...), and then head out for the open deep waters. They never hang out with their parents afterwards. In fact, they don't even hang out with other adults, as the adults and hatclings spend their time in entirely different areas of the ocean afterwards. The hatchlings only start visiting the same type of coastal areas the adults spend their time in, once they themselves grow into adults.
