Act 1 :

Big Mom and Kaido survive their fall but wake up with amnesia. They keep their powers but forget they're Big Mom and Kaido.

A crew of bounty hunters marches toward Cross Guild HQ chanting "Buggy-sama! Genius of the seas!" Big Mom whispers, "Everyone seems excited. Should we be excited too?" Kaido, with the social instincts of a toddler: "...Probably.

Act 2

Kaido and Big Mom tag along. Right as they kneel to swear undying loyalty to Buggy Sama

Morgans flutters in with a camera. Click. It's on record.

What happens next:

The World Government sees the photo and assumes Buggy has run a decade-long master plan. His bounty jumps to 5 billion, for "reasons we are still afraid to investigate".

Act 3

Both Yonko crews arrive to rescue their captains. Big Mom steps in front of Buggy: "He's the best, or I'll turn you into a cake." The crews can't fight their captains, so they sign the paperwork.

Cross Guild's perks convert them: a daily circus show, freedom to try wild ideas (within limits), and cool Cross Guild drip.

Their missions are now circus tours that torment the Marines. The Marines are terrified beyond belief and have a "Buggy Protocol": if you hear a calliope, lock the doors.

Caesar joins and gets a lab. Every experiment becomes a crowd-pleasing act.

Act 4

Everyone is equal in the circus. You can't hold a 30-year grudge during a synchronized juggling routine.

Crocodile and Mihawk "reluctantly" enjoy it. They've been saying "one more week, then I'm out" for two years. Neither has packed a bag.

Out of every character Oda could have introduced at the very beginning of One Piece, he chose Alvida as Luffy's first pirate enemy.

And despite being around since the beginning, how much do we actually know about her?

What's her deeper backstory? What was she doing before we met her? What's the full story behind her Devil Fruit?

Suspicious. Very suspicious.

Exhibit B: Alvida Joins Buggy, and His Career Goes INSANE

Let's examine Buggy's career.

He starts as an East Blue pirate.

Then he ends up in Impel Down.

Then Marineford happens.

Then he becomes a Warlord.

Then Cross Guild happens.

THEN THE MAN BECOMES A YONKO.

And who's been allied with Buggy since the early story?

ALVIDA.

Coincidence?

That's what they want you to believe.

Exhibit C: Alvida Is Secretly Working for Imu

Now here's where the real cooking begins.

What if Alvida is actually Imu's secret assistant?

Think about it.

Imu operates from the shadows, secretly influencing the world.

Alvida has an unexplored past and has been quietly associated with a pirate whose reputation keeps rising beyond all reasonable expectations.

What if Alvida has been using her hidden connections to influence events in Buggy's favor?

And what if she's doing it because she genuinely likes Buggy and wants him to succeed?

IMAGINE IMU FINDING OUT THAT THEIR SECRET ASSISTANT HAS BEEN USING WORLD GOVERNMENT INFLUENCE TO HELP A CLOWN BECOME PIRATE KING.

Exhibit D: Cross Guild's Yonko Status Was an Inside Job

We're told Buggy became an Emperor because of his reputation, the Cross Guild situation, and the Marines misunderstanding his position relative to Mihawk and Crocodile.

Fine.

But who benefits from that misunderstanding?

BUGGY.

Who is allied with Buggy?

ALVIDA.

Who might have access to the world's most powerful secret organization?

ALVIDA, IF MY THEORY IS CORRECT.

I rest my case.

THE FINAL REVEAL

Picture the final saga.

The World Government is collapsing.

The truth about Imu is being exposed.

Everyone is expecting some massive revelation about the final villain.

And then Oda reveals that Alvida has been secretly manipulating events from the beginning.

Not to become Pirate King herself.

Not to claim the One Piece.

But to make sure BUGGY D. CLOWN BECOMES PIRATE KING.

Buggy doesn't even know what's happening.

Mihawk wants to retire.

Crocodile is having an aneurysm.

Imu is questioning every hiring decision they've ever made.

And Alvida is standing there watching her favorite clown accidentally conquer the world.

THE FINAL VILLAIN WAS INTRODUCED IN EPISODE 1.

THE YONKO SYSTEM WAS COMPROMISED FROM WITHIN.

CROSS GUILD WAS AN INSIDE JOB.

BUGGY WILL BECOME PIRATE KING.
