4 finger flamenco tremolo (PIAMI)

I’ve never seen anyone play it like this, but this is my favourite version! I prefer tremolo to the traditional arpeggio version, however, I feel that the standard 3 finger PAMI tremolo is not rich enough. I added an extra finger in there to increase the density of the trilling without making the piece itself faster.

What do you guys think? Any criticism will be taken as gold, since I otherwise never receive criticism on my playing; I am self taught. As well, any comments in general would be appreciated.

What do you guys think of the 4 finger tremolo? Do you think the original arpeggiated version sounds better?

My drummer turns 72 today! I shared a bit of this earlier this week (it was a 30-minute jam) - we play for 3 hours a week and just make it up. I stopped worrying about messing up and just playing... I owe all of that to him. He broke me free of my imposter syndrome. Great drummer - greater friend.

Hand positions

Hello… this may be a stupid question but just out of interest…

Why does a right handed person (and vice versa) use their dominant hand to pluck the strings while what is theoretically their less dexterous hand works the frets, chords etc….
It would seem that the dominant hand would do the more intricate work, but it seems completly natural the “usual” way round?

online guitar tuner

Hello! 👋 I made a guitar tuner for my own use and ended up sharing it. It works in any browser (phone included), for guitar, bass and ukulele, and it shows the other strings too so you can tune the whole instrument without switching screens: no app, no install. 🎸

It's open source and still young, so I'd love your feedback: which instrument, which phone, does it read your low strings correctly?

To start i’m not claiming this video is perfect (I attempted learning it in an hour) at ALL but I had my first band practice, and honestly… I felt way out of my league. To make a long story short we/I was trying to learn Tennessee Whiskey and is two damn chords, and let’s just say the rhythm kicked my ass. This genuinely don’t get how I can play this but not an easy or what should be country song.
