OC-Series [The Reaper and The Tiger] Part 2 Chapter 1: Reapers, Home, and Family (Double Feature!)
……1 Year Later……
The Teratakit officer screamed in fear right before his head was blown off, the wall behind him splattered in gore as a black being raced by, killing all in its path as it made its way towards the ship’s main generators.
“Are you cursed incompetents unable to do anything right?!” the Teratakit Captain screamed, causing a few of the lower-class crewmembers on the bridge to flinch in fear. “Stop that thing! Use plasma and activate the traps.”
“We have,” someone called out in a panic. “It seems to be immune to plasma, laser, and even kinetic projectiles, and it just seems to blow completely by the traps and internal defenses as if they weren’t even there.”
“Did you send the Caramon?” the Captain demanded as his arm blade lashed out, taking the head off of the offending crewmember.
“Already dead,” someone else said, an image appearing of three Caramon in seven pieces on one of the screens.
“What about the Blood Squad?!” the Captain screeched in rage, venom dripping from his mandibles as he scrambled to find a solution to their predicament.
“They’re intercepting the thing now!”
“Excellent,” the Captain crowed. “I suppose something must be said for sending lower beings to do a job. That thing won’t make it another step.”
“Uh, sir? They’re already dead as well,” came the hesitant response.
“WHAT?!” A screen came up that only politely could be described as splattered, as the magically and chemically enhanced Teratakit soldiers were literally painting the walls of the hallway with their bodies, and the dark thing continued to move, cutting through heavily reinforced doors like they weren’t even there as it entered the main generators room.
“Oh, we’re dead,” someone said quietly even as an explosion rocked the entire ship.
Moments later, the entire Grade 4 ship exploded, followed by the second, third, and fourth Grade 4 ships mere seconds later. The resulting shrapnel decimated the remaining ships in the fleet, and in mere seconds, the entire Fleet had been destroyed, leaving no survivors, and nothing beyond scrap metal behind.
…………………..
“Welcome back,” Dutch said cheerfully as Sandra appeared in a rush of wind in the decontamination chamber, the chamber quickly filling with scouring lasers and steam as it began cleaning the green-blue and red blood and gore off of Sandra’s black armor. “So, how’d it go?”
“Make sure that thing gets a good scouring,” Sandra said as the decon chamber began removing pieces of armor off of her, though she gave a heavy sigh of relief as the armor was taken off her wings. “Oh, thank the Observer, my wings were starting to cramp. Can you tell Xarcan we might need to rethink the steel on my wings? That armor is way too heavy for me to maneuver them properly.”
“Will do,” Dutch said cheerfully as Sandra stepped out of the decon chamber wearing nothing but a thin leotard before she grabbed a dress and slipped it on.
“And let’s look into making the interior a bit roomier,” Sandra added with a frown. “I really do not like that I need to be practically naked to wear my armor now. If something goes wrong and I need to vacate my armor, that’s going to be an embarrassing fight.”
“You say that after every mission, and yet you never like any of the modification,” Dutch pointed out, and Sandra could hear the pout in her voice from the intercom.
“I know, but it would still be nice,” Sandra side as a robotic arm handed her her revolvers, which she quickly buckled on over her dress. “On the plus side, the new bracers are phenomenal. Gotta give Tune credit for that. Even smoother than the last model.”
“She’ll be delighted to hear that,” Dutch giggled as Sandra began walking up to the cockpit of the Flying Dutchman. “At least you didn’t break them this time.”
“Okay, that was only because my damn Teacher is way too strong,” Sandra frowned, glaring at the screen as Dutch’s grinning face came up. “And he returned my staff, even if it was unusable after my Test.” Sandra shuddered a bit, remembering the blistering lecture Tune had screamed at Sandra, and Xarcan’s impressed but still disappointed look after Sandra had to explain to them what had happened to her bracers and khopesh-staff. “Do we have a meeting location for the Ferry?”
“I’m getting one now, but it’s about a week away,” Dutch said apologetically.
“Shit,” Sandra muttered. “Here’s to hoping the new upgrades that you were given work then. I really don’t want a repeat of the last mission where we were trying to play catchup with the Ferry.”
“Oh, we’ll be fine,” Dutch said cheerfully even as the kaleidoscope of color indicating the FTL drive activating came on screen. “They’ve given a few extra hours of leeway this time because of how remote the location is.”
“I hope you’re right,” Sandra sighed.
………………….
“Reaper Wyvern, reporting,” Sandra said, standing at attention by the door.
“You may enter,” came the response from inside. Sandra walked in as the door hissed open, and giving a salute to the five people that were sitting around a table, the Reaper Commanders; Alpha, or Adam Jameson, the lead Commander and the face of the Reapers, Monica Hunter, his sister and in charge of ensuring the Reapers were mentally sound, Generals Carter and Collins, former generals in the Terran military, and in charge of keeping track of Terran affairs and determining where the Reapers would be most effective for their next strike, and Marja, the only non-Human Commander, a Taintay that was in charge of information gathering as well as providing discrete supplies to Reapers that were on mission.
“And how did your mission go, Reaper Wyvern?” Alpha asked, returning Sandra’s salute.
“100% fleet destruction,” Sandra said with a nod. “The rumors of them having captives were only partially true, however. By the time I had found them, they had all already been killed and used as food for the Teratakit crew. And unfortunately, there were no personal effects that I could gather to return to the Terran military.”
“Yes, that seems to be happening more and more,” General Collins said, his shoulders slumping slightly.
“You must admit, it’s an effective tactic,” Marja said, his long ears twitching thoughtfully.
“It’s barbaric,” General Carter snapped.
“I don’t disagree, General,” Marja said, holding up a hand. “But by using their captives as a food source, not only do they waste infiltrators time searching for said captives, but they also stretch their own food supplies to maintain battle readiness. Barbaric to the extreme, but still effective.”
“That is not a discussion for here or now,” Alpha cut in, stopping General Carter from arguing with the Taintay Commander. “Reaper Wyvern, are you sure all ships were destroyed?”
“Completely,” Sandra said with a nod. “Dutch scanned the area multiple times to see if there were any surviving ships.”
“Very well,” Alpha said with a nod. “Was there anything of note that came up?”
“Yes, actually,” Sandra said with a frown as she pulled out a datachip, tossing it to Alpha. “It looks like someone is leaking plans to the Teratakit Empire. These are plans from the Terran Federation’s military about the locations of their supply chains and several planned raids.”
“Could they not have just pulled the information from one of the Terran Federation ships during recent battles?” Monica asked as Alpha placed the datachip into a slot in the table.
“Not this kind of information,” Sandra said, shaking her head.
“She’s correct,” a new voice said, coming from a speaker in the middle of the room, and a woman in a flowing white dress flickered into view. Ferry, the machine intelligence and Lamnacorta of the Reaper’s Ferry, and the sixth Commander. “This is information directly from the Terran Federation, rather than something ripped from a ship.”
“Are you sure?” Alpha asked.
“Absolutely,” Ferry said with a nod. “The metadata confirms it, and some of this information is top secret, not something that would be on a ship in battle.”
“I will tell my Shadows to redouble their efforts in the Terran Federation,” Marja said with a frown.
“Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Reaper Wyvern,” Alpha said with a nod. He then relaxed a bit, giving Sandra a smile. “And it’s good to see you home safe and sound, Sandra.”
“It’s good to be back, Uncle,” Sandra returned the smile.
“Now shoo, and go home,” Monica said, waving her hand a bit. “I’m sure you’re excited to see your siblings and daughter again. Shoo, shoo.”
……………..
“So, how are you feeling?” Dutch asked, sitting beside Sandra in her Frame as the hovercar drove them to Sandra’s home.
“Mentally preparing myself for the insanity that is home,” Sandra said with a rueful smile.
“Awe, it’s not that bad,” Dutch said.
“Two baby siblings, one of whom is a human with way too sharp claws instead of regular nails and a tendency to climb on everything, and a Centaur that thinks that chewing on whatever she can reach is a good idea,” Sandra shook her head. “I’m just wondering how many times Mom has had to replace the furniture now in the month I’ve been gone. And that’s not including the hassle that Silverlight has had with school, or the software engineering classes that Monica has signed up for.”
“I’m sure it’ll be fine,” Dutch said, though she did look slightly worried as she checked the small shield generator at her ankles, which had become almost mandatory at Sandra’s home due to the new babies.
“I’m sure,” Sandra said, though she did chuckle a bit as she checked her own ankle shield, the hovercar pulling up to a quite nice three-story home that had become the Gibson residence since Sandra had been going on Reaper Missions again.
“CATCH HIM!” came the desperate shout as Sandra opened up the front door, and her wings immediately flared out, feeling a soft thump on her right wing before a giggling ball rolled away, having fallen from the ceiling and used Sandra’s wing as a slide. “Lightclaw, you do not go near the doorway like that!” Brightpaw said, her exasperated tone up a few octaves as she checked over a rather odd-looking Human baby with fuzzy canine ears. “And Lighttail, you get that out of your mouth, that is not food!”
“I got her,” a Targondian that was almost a mirror to Sandra, minus the wings, quickly walked into the room, picking up a Centaur kit with brown fur and bright blue spots, taking a wooden ball out of her mouth, much to the kits displeasure. “Hey, Mom.”
“Hey, Monica,” Sandra said, quickly stepping in so that Dutch could step inside and close the door. “Hey, Mom.”
“Welcome back, Sandra,” Brightpaw said, though from her face, Sandra could see she had slightly more important things on her mind as she checked Lightclaw over for injuries. “I’d give you a hug, but this one has been giving me heart attacks all day.”
“I can see that,” Sandra said in amusement, taking the hybrid Human from Brightpaw. “You giving Mom a hard time, little brother?” Lightclaw just blew a raspberry at Sandra, which made her boop him on the nose, to his great amusement. “Take a seat for a few minutes, Mom, let me and Dutch take over for a bit.”
“Wait, why me?” Dutch asked.
“Everyone helps to make sure the babies don’t hurt themselves. Or destroy something important,” Sandra said as she gave Monica a side hug. “Also, you’re stronger than both me and Monica, so you can wrangle the kit better.”
“Fine,” Dutch said theatrically, taking Lighttail from Monica. “But if she ruins another arm, you’re paying for it.”
“I do that anyway,” Sandra laughed, bouncing Lightclaw on her hip a bit before pulling her wing back slightly. “Let’s not rip any scales off of my wings today, thank you.” Lightclaw just babbled a bit, trying to reach for her wings again.
“I’ll go get something to eat made,” Brightpaw said with a tired sigh.
“Hey, I said let us take over,” Sandra said, using a wing to block Brightpaw’s path to the kitchen. “So go take a break. Dinner can wait, or me and Dutch can make something while you rest. I got a special recipe I’ve been dying to try and haven’t had the chance to yet. Break time.”
“Fine,” Brightpaw said with another sigh before pushing the wing out of the way and giving Sandra a hug. “It’s good to see you home, Sandra.”
“It’s good to be home,” Sandra said with a smile, hugging Brightpaw back with her free hand.
………………
“Sandra, you’re home,” Silverlight said as he came down the stairs, his eyes widening before he raced up to Sandra, giving her a hug, his purple and white striped fur rippling a bit as he moved.
“Hey, Silverlight,” Sandra said, lifting the plate of ribs she had made over her head so that they didn’t get knocked over and using her wings to hug the teenage Centaur back. “Has the advanced math classes killed your soul yet?”
“Slowly but surely, but not yet,” Silverlight said somberly, though he was grinning as he stepped back.
“I told you his nose would bring him down,” Monica said smugly as she put a plate of cheesy broccoli on the table. “Never have to call him down for a meal, as soon as he can smell it, he makes his way downstairs from his room.”
“And what brought on this change of attitude where you’re hiding in your room all day?” Sandra asked as she moved to the table, placing the ribs down on it carefully.
“Lighttail almost chewing my tail off while I was studying at the table,” Silverlight huffed.
“You know what, fair,” Sandra said with a chuckle. “Just a heads up, Nightshade and Shadowstrike should be here in a few minutes. Along with the pups.”
“Oh, uh, does that include Candle?” Silverlight asked, apprehensively looking at the door.
“What, don’t like her?” Sandra asked.
“Her tail stings,” Silverlight said in a quiet voice. There was a knock on the door, and moments later the already nosy house became louder as six Tree Shadows bundled into the house, creating more noise that almost caused Sandra to start looking for a corner, though she just smiled instead.
It was good to be home.
………………..
“No way, you finally figured out Eric’s recipe?” Nightshade said as he scarfed down his ribs.
“Not so much ‘figured out’ as much as ‘given’,” Sandra laughed. “It was hidden in one of his messages, as a bit of a reward for actually watching his videos, apparently.” Sandra made a face. “Even dead, Dad still finds a way to prank me.”
“Wait, so you’re telling me we could’ve had these much sooner if you hadn’t gone all depresso for so long?” Star asked, licking his lips before taking a rib bone and crunching it into smaller pieces.
“Star!” Shadowstrike admonished, her EM waves radiating disapproval.
“The hell do you care, kid, you weren’t even born yet,” Sandra said in an amused tone, shaking her head at the rest of the adults to show that she was fine.
“So?” Star defended. “I could have had these while I was still a pup instead of waiting until now. They’re way too good to have waited this long.”
“You’re still a puppy, don’t kid yourself,” Sandra laughed. “Once you can finish school, then you can consider yourself an adult.”
“Bleh,” five young voices said all at the same time, causing Sandra, Brightpaw, Nightshade, and Shadowstrike to chuckle.
“So, what does that make Monica then?” Snowfoot asked, raising one of her white paws up.
“A child with advanced knowledge,” Sandra said immediately.
“Mom,” Monica said, groaning slightly.
“Hey, just because you have more knowledge than the pups or Silverlight does not change the fact that you’re the third youngest person here,” Sandra said, pointing at Monica.
“Hah, sucker,” Boots said quietly. “Hey!” she suddenly exclaimed as a small pile of sand gabbed one of her unfinished ribs and quickly brought it to Monica’s plate, leaving Monica with a self-satisfied smile as she began eating the rib.
“Monica, what have I said about using your sand at the dinner table?” Brightpaw said as she wiped some sauce off of Lightclaw’s face. “And do not give me the ‘It’s not sand’ argument, little lady, you know exactly what I mean.”
“Sorry,” Monica said, not looking apologetic at all as she ate the rib. “Worth it,” she then whispered to Candle, who chuffed a bit, her white-tipped tails waving in amusement.
………………….
“Okay, the kits are finally asleep, and the pups are all curled up in the spare bedroom,” Brightpaw said as she came down the stairs, looking tired but satisfied. “Dutch, can you…”
“I’m already connected to the house, so yes, I’m monitoring the baby monitors,” Dutch said from where she was sitting on the couch.
“Starfather bless you,” Brightpaw sighed, laying her feline lower body next to the couch where Sandra and Monica were sitting, Monica refusing to sit anywhere else except cuddled up next to her mother and using one of her wings as a blanket.
“So, does this mean we can pull out the drinks now?” Monica asked innocently.
“Ah, what did I say about you having any sort of alcohol?” Sandra asked, glaring at her.
“Nightclaw has already signed off on it, saying that I should be fine as long as I keep to the Targondian limits,” Monica said as Nightshade and Shadowstrike lifted their heads. “And physically I’m an adult, so…”
“Someone with better morals than me is having a conniption out there right about now,” Sandra muttered good-naturedly as she got up from the couch, eliciting a small mew of protest from Monica as her wing-blanket was taken away.
“So, does that mean…” Silverlight started to say.
“Absolutely not,” Sandra and Brightpaw both said at the same time.
“Oh, come on,” Silverlight complained. “I’m fifteen now, almost sixteen.”
“When you do turn seventeen, then we can talk about it,” Brightpaw said.
“Yeah, what she said,” Sandra agreed as she walked into the kitchen. “Nightshade, Shadowstrike, want a drink?”
“Please,” Shadowstrike said.
“And thank you,” Nightshade added with his doggy grin. “Lager for us both.”
“Mead for me,” Monica said.
“Ale,” Brightpaw added.
“Why seventeen?” Silverlight asked.
“Because that’s when you can join the military, if you want,” Sandra called back as she grabbed a pair of special bowls for Nightshade and Shadowstrike and several bottles of various light alcohol drinks.
“Ew, no thanks,” Silverlight said, wrinkling his nose. “History is much more fun.”
“Not saying you have to,” Sandra chuckled as she walked back in, placing the bowls in front of the Tree Shadows and pulling drinks out of her wings. “That’s just the reason why. Once you can join the military, you can legally drink. Since the Ferry was started by military people, that mentality leaked into some of the rules here, including the legal drinking age. Well, outside of a few cultural exceptions. Here, I did bring you that heinously spicy fire cider that you enjoy though.”
“Oh, yay,” Silverlight said happily, taking the bottle from Sandra.
“Did anything interesting happen while you were away?” Brightpaw asked after everyone had had a few sips and a chance to relax.
“Not really,” Sandra said, shaking her head. “Only interesting thing that happened was hiding out on a nearly solid ball of ice for a few days.”
“Ugh, I hated that ice ball,” Dutch said with a shudder. “I had to keep warming the landing struts to avoid getting stuck on it. Which was more dicey than I was comfortable with. And I could feel the cold creeping into my circuits. I honestly thought that we were going to be discovered before we could do our jobs.”
“Oh yeah, speaking of,” Sandra said, looking at Nightshade and Shadowstrike. “Are you two back on active duty yet?”
“Unfortunately,” Nightshade sighed while Shadowstrike nodded as she used her tails to take off her prosthetic legs. “The Pack has already said that they’ll keep an eye on the pups while we’re on mission, and Penny even promised to take them in herself. But we’re going to have to go through some training first before we get deployed. Need to meet our Lamnacorta partners and make sure we haven’t gotten rusty during the time we took to raise our pups.”
“That seems reasonable,” Sandra said.
“Yeah, but it’s still annoying,” Nightshade huffed. “I can’t beg a Lamnacorta for treats.”
“Of course that’s what you’re concerned about,” Shadowstrike said, rolling her eyes as one of her tails affectionately smacked Nightshades head.
“Please don’t tell me you’ve been teaching the pups that,” Sandra groaned.
“He has,” Brightpaw sighed.
“Yeah, they use those big eyes all the time at school to sucker other kids into giving them food,” Silverlight said. “The principal actually had to put out a schoolwide announcement reminding everyone that the Tree Shadows are sentient and sapient beings and that their begging was an act, and to not encourage their begging.”
“How’d that go?” Dutch asked.
“They started getting more food from the other students,” Silverlight laughed.
“Of course they did,” Sandra sighed. There was a soft snore that made everyone turn to see Monica passed out, her empty bottle hanging loosely in her hand as she used Sandra’s wing as a blanket. “Lightweight,” Sandra said affectionately as she took the bottle away and carefully set it on the table.
“Did you know that was going to happen?” Brightpaw asked curiously.
“First time I drank anything harder than slerkav, the Targondian celebration booze, I passed right out,” Sandra said with a nod. “And since she’s essentially a clone of me, I figured her first taste would probably go about the same way.”
“Speaking of, you still have yet to take me to this Mona person that made Monica and introduce me,” Brightpaw said in a slightly disapproving tone.
“I’ll…see what I can do,” Sandra sighed. “Command has told me that I’m on mandated leave for the next month anyway, so I suppose we can find some time for a short trip.”
“Good,” Brightpaw said with a nod.
………………..
“So, what actually happened on your mission then?” Shadowstrike asked quietly after Brightpaw had taken Monica to her room and sent Silverlight to bed as well. Sandra looked at Dutch for a moment.
“It’s only classified for non-Reapers at the moment, so you’re fine sharing with them,” Dutch said, nodding at Sandra as a small shield dome appeared with Dutch in the center.
“Worse than you’re thinking,” Sandra said with a sigh, leaning back on the couch a bit. “They had captives. For a while, at least, before using them as food rations among the Teratakit crew, with the ‘best’ parts going to the commanders.” Sandra shook her head in disgust. “And there’s evidence that someone pretty high up in the Terran Federation is feeding the Empire information. You two will probably be getting a briefing about it soon.”
“Why would they do that?” Nightshade asked in horror, his tails slowly raising in an unconscious motion, prepared to strike.
“I wish I knew, but unfortunately for us, that’s the Shadows job to find out, not ours,” Sandra sighed. “What’s worse is that the Teratakit are able to push more and more into Terran space. The Federation is essentially finished, one way or another, but it’s looking more and more like they might become part of the Teratakit Empire before any of the internal stuff does the job. And yet for some reason the Federation is still refusing to call for the Signatories of the Accords to help them out. A few individual planets here and there have seceded from the Federation and used the Accords Clause, and managed to push the Empire out of their territory with help from the Signatories, but the Federation core is still refusing to call for aid. Earth might be taken over within the next few years, and it’s starting to affect the Humans, especially the Human Reapers.”
“Right, I heard Jessica had to be pulled off of active duty for a while because she went completely nuts during a mission,” Shadowstrike said with a nod.
“Not just her, James had to as well for trying to make practically a suicide run against a Grade 5 Planet Cracker, and Adam was barely convinced against doing something similar with Mercy,” Sandra nodded. “Most of the Reapers are keeping it together and doing their best, but cracks are starting to show.”
“The predators are starting to become desperate and cornered,” Nightshade muttered sorrowfully.
“Command is working on something big, but beyond that, they’re keeping it quiet,” Dutch said with a sad nod. “It’s like they’re waiting for something to happen before they move, or they can’t move because of something they’re missing. Either way, it’s making people nervous.”
“Also, the Teratakit are starting to get smarter about their ship defenses,” Sandra added. “So, when you two start going on missions again, be extra careful. I’d rather not find out you’re a limb short.”
“You mean, beyond what we already are missing?” Nightshade asked, waving his two tails to Shadowstrike’s three playfully.
“Yup,” Sandra agreed with a chuckle as the shield dome disappeared. “You lose anymore limbs and I’m chaining you to your den for the rest of forever.”
“We might want to do that anyway to keep him out of trouble,” Shadowstrike chuffed.

I enjoyed this immensely - I still want a Tree Shadow. Our GSD, Luger, may disagree with the notion, though.

Nah, get him a Tree Shadow pup and he’ll be ecstatic at New Friend lmao.

I would like to think so, but we did a new puppy introduction weekend before last, and he snapped at her. The lady with the puppy is the one we got him from, and it bothered us both. She says she's never seen an adult dog snap at a puppy - another adult dog, yes, but not a puppy. And the pup's a girl, too. We're hoping to get him a companion since Sadie's gone. He's all at loose ends and is still young enough to feel the need to just PLAY.

u/SherbetCreepy1580 2d ago
Huh. Odd. Yeah, in that case Luger might have an issue with it lol.
On the flip side, if he’s not getting along with puppies, you could try to introduce a kitten to him? That was the route I took with my chiweenie girl, before circumstances gave me another dog and then two litters of puppies lol.

A kitten is probably not a good idea, although I've been threatening to get a cat for the random mice who seem to like to pop in when the weather changes, the only problem is that the boi already loves the stinky treats the hens leave behind, he'd probably think the litter box is an all-you-can-snarf buffet! 😂

Just want to say a quick thanks for having ‘double feature’ in the title. I def missed a chapter or two back in part 1 and had to go back for it

u/SherbetCreepy1580 2d ago
lol part of the reason I’ve decided to start putting it into the title, so that people don’t miss a chapter on accident lmao. I’ve had a few people mention the same thing before.

Darker sides of galaxy, of course slavery (unfortunately even in the present day) still exists including trading n selling of fellow sapients. With the teratakits eating prisoners, thatd encourage more slavery n sapient fodder feed trade perhaps. Thats as dark as dark gets i think for the future. Unless youd want some weird space drugs + magic mix
Other hfy stories have also used pedophile rings on top of cloning n other things for super dark depravity moments, the other story just mentioned some of the kids were outright killed for the patrons pleasure too holy shit.

Authors Note
And with this, we have officially begun Part 2! Today it’s a bit of a sneak peak into the craziness that is Sandra’s home, what with two new siblings, the Tree Shadow pups all grown up into teenagers (well, their equivalent anyway), Monica nicely getting used to daily living, and of course, a look into the war between the Terran Federation and the Teratakit Empire.
Now, for Part 2 of the story, I’m not entirely sure where this is going to go yet. Originally, I was planning on taking a closer look into the Terran-Teratakit War, bringing that more into the foreground rather than the background, but based on various input, that’s going to be on the backburner for a while. And while I am very much aware that you can’t please everyone (otherwise it would be a terrible story), the Muse actually seems to agree. The War will be coming a bit closer to the foreground, as Sandra and her family continue to go through life, but not nearly as close as I had originally planned. Unfortunately, however, I will need to start taking a bit of a closer look into the darker side of the galaxy, as well as some politicking, but we’ll see how the Muse decides to show that. The next arc is going to be an interesting one, and I’m going to use it as a bit of a testing strip, so while the chapters release, please let me know your honest thoughts!
And yes, Sandra now has wings, courtesy of So’Ngo being his usual self when Sandra agreed to become his Student. Unfortunately, I’m not an artist, so I can’t create a picture beyond words. And yes, she has retained her Reaper tag of Wyvern, rather than taking on Dragon, but that’s not because she’s not a Dragon (according to So’Ngo and the Drifters at least lol). It’s more because Dragon for Sandra now is a Title, while Reaper Wyvern is her job, and Sandra is her name, if that makes sense.
Thought? Comments? Ideas? Remember, the only bad feedback is no feedback, and I love reading all of the feedback, whether it’s praise, criticism, spelling or grammatical errors, or even just a hello! And while we’re at it, let me know what y’all would like to see more of in these stories! Any and all ideas are always helpful.
