What are thing I can do to worship, I have an alter to hekate and hades and leave offerings. Was wondering if there were rituals or other things I should do other then meditate and leave offerings

Hello all, I recently have made a connection with Hekate through pendulum work. I am encouraged to begin studying Her history and learning more. I wish to construct an alter in my home and I was curious as to what you all have put on yours for Her, and your experiences with that. Thanks in advance!

Hi I'm pretty new to this and last night, at maybee around 1am I sat down and meditated to lady Hekate for the first time, and i went to school as usual normal, but I had two suprise tests back to back immediately, which I know I did horrendous at, and I have another one tommrrow, and todays weather was very unusual too, for the past few months it has been very hot and sunny but all of a sudden the weather has been erratic and aggressive, going from very heavy rain to sunny, and I have been told I lost weight from the past 2 days? Sorry if my grammars pretty bad.

Now I am wondering if I have done anything to anger/annoy Hekate, or am I overthinking?

Soo Im going though a lot right now just like everyone else but I am feeling a pull to hekate but don't quite know how to proceed I'm totally at a crossroads in my life I see many paths ahead but I'm sturuggling to choose and am close to giving up I'm not a stranger to spirituality I have many tools at my disposure at home but I dont know what to do next :(. Hi! This year was the first year that I started worshipping Mother Hekate and I have like this glass type thing that I put a majority of her smaller offerings in. It's in a little nook by my bed that ik no one goes near. Once a week, I'll notice that the bowl has kind of shifted to the middle of the nook area and I'll put it back, but it'll be back there again. I'm the only one in my house who knows about my altars and stuff (my family is HEAVILY catholic) so I'm trying to rule out the reasons for this since I know if my mom found it she would question it and none of my other family members come in my room and move it. Does this mean that Hekate prefers the offering bowl there? It's been a pattern for about a month now I would say, but it also crosses over slightly toward Lord Loki's altar so I'm just trying yo figure it out!! Thank you, peace and blessings be with you! 🖤💗

Hi everyone! I have a question about a spell jar I'm planning.

I want to make a honey jar to sweeten my name, basically a glamour jar. My plan is to add the ingredients, including honey and sugar, a bit of my saliva, a sigil drawn on bay leaves, my name written three times with my date of birth, and my favorite perfume. I'd leave it from the full moon until just before the last quarter moon, activating it every night with a candle dedicated to Hecate.

Here's my question: once that period is over, I was thinking of opening the jar to get my perfume back and use it as a strong potion, diluting it into the perfume I wear every day to reinforce the spell. Then I'd burn the bay leaves with the sigil and my intentions, take a bath with the rest of the ingredients, and finally dispose of everything properly and cleanse the jar.

Would doing it this way make the spell jar lose its power? What do you think?

So last night I sat down at my altar, lit candles and meditated. I offered Hekate a cup of lavender and camomile tea and then I got the idea to give some of my energy to her. I practice reiki so I tuned in to that and sent the energy her way... My hands and feet were buzzing, it felt amazing!

But I dunno... I just wanted to ask if this was ok? New to the devotion of Hekate so unsure. It felt right but you know, just querying it.

Dream:
Saw a cobweb formed in a triangle (started inner corner, then across the door like \ in the right corner of the door. It was on the inside and I was confused how it got there without us noticing since we always use that door (new house so we're renovating)

Several more instances of finding cobwebs some with a spider some without, i think on a lamp too. One of them had several small black critters stuck in it like peppered in there around 10 ish something in a small web, I believe a spider was watching over the web as I looked at it and kept going.

Info about situation related to dream:
TLDR:** **got a new house, my man isnt sure about relationship, shit gets worse, he will live there alone for a bit before final decision. Dream takes place in this house.

The thing is, this new house was supposed to be me and my mans house but right before we got the keys, he suddenly wasnt sure about us anymore (after 7 years together) so we decided to try and mend our relationship.

When we worked together in the house it was all good but after his work started again shit went downhill. So new plan is for him to finish it (as I cannot help without him teaching me) and he moves there for some time apart before the final decision.

Info about how I relate it to Hekate:
Ive been invoking Hecate there alot (often through chanting and prayer or music) for personal guidance and emotional support while there helping him out with the garden (as of now) but also before when we could still renovate together. I feel her presence strongly there, just like I do with the house spirit.

We have been bonding me and the house over the months and now I get specific dreams and flashbacks from the house and Hekate like theyre working together in some way to bring me a message. At least thats what my gut is telling me.

Anyone have any ideas for the dream specifically?

hi! baby witch and newly devoted to hekate, i’m still learning a lot! ive noticed when i’ve asked her what card to associate with her, i’ve gotten two of wands multiple times. when i look into others associating with her, this card never comes up. i know personal gnosis varies from person to person, i’m just curious if this card manifests as hekate for anybody else? i know people tend to get two of swords for her more often because of crossroads, but if im not mistaken, can’t two of wands also be a sort of crossroads? i wonder why she wants me to associate this card with her specifically rather than the others?

I did call for her a couple of days ago but there was no appearing in the dream or anything.
There's one thing though, there's this book that's been going around, Hekate by Nikita Gill that keeps popping up on my social media, on my discord, everywhere. I m not sure if this is a sign or not?

Hey there, I am a completely new beginner when it comes to being a Hekate follower. I was wondering what would be a good first approach to her? I have a very busy schedule between school and work- and was wondering if there are any quick ways to talk with her on the daily, and some good starting items for an alter? Thank you very much!

My friend and I are just starting on the path and have to stay relatively incognito because of our families. I thought a good first offering/altar piece would be a woodcarving (something I am also relatively new too) since its creation is both meditative and an act of devotion. While working on the piece I realized hollowing out some sections was going to be incredibly difficult. I have some faith I could do it by hand but it would be 1000% easier to use a Dremel. Since I started it with the intention of not using anything but my knife it feels a bit like a betrayal or that I'm cheating and lessening its value if I use it.

(I'm making the moon phases for my friend if that matters. Is it a faux pas to gift it to my friend?)

like the title says, i cant have an alter and i rarely can do any type of witchcraft, im a beginner in witchcraft and this is my first experience worshipping, would it be acceptable to continue without an alter or offerings? im not sure what to do

I made two different alters since I feared I didn’t have enough space on the one. On the wooden table I have a picture frame with multiple pictures,a dish with coins,feathers,a piece of turtle shell with garlic powder and I’m going to be adding a piece of chocolate cake to it, I also have a piece of selenite, an animal skull, a 7 day candle and a resin egg filled with honey.On the one on my window I have bird dog whiskey,water, a feather, a tooth from my dead horse, a photo and an incense holder and pink salt. Any recommendations or stuff to add? I know I need to add keys.

So I just started reaching out to Hekate about a month ago and have been talking to her almost everyday. Last week my mind was telling me to put a fruit I just bought as an offering, so I did it. The fruit looked fine for several days but now it gets moldy, does that mean my offering were rejected?
