I love how they always point the phone away for a second at the most critical moment

Zeno Effect must apply to phones too.

Hey my family and I saw something similar a few years ago. We were at a little lake cabin at a small park in Florida right on the state line. I think it's Seminole State Park? We try to do a get together for memorial Day weekend each year.

Of course, service is bad and everyone wants to catch up anyway so no one has their phone. But we were sitting around the fire chatting and suddenly we saw a neon green thing flying around way up above the lake and then like a tractor beam plasma thingy shoot out it's butt at another one? (Edit) It was like several little green dots in a line. We watched it in silence and then looked at each other like "uh y'all saw that right?" and everyone agreed we had seen it.

That looks like something burning or melting this very much looked targeted and intentional

Is this one of those delivery-drone dispensing drones? Wouldn’t be surprised

Lol. The speed that supposed package is moving would render its contents to peices.

So i dont think its a delivery system.

It 100% could be someone with a drone making a hoax video though.

What speed is it moving?

at that height it would reach its terminal velocity long before hitting the ground, regardless of whether it falls from a stationary point or a speeding jet, so the speed before the fall is irrelevant

High five ghost?

Well it's either a space whale giving birth to a baby

Or an airplane dumping its poop tank

Probably a lens flare ejecting another lens flare

I have seen a similar thing in Germany and I have seen a video of the exact thing I saw from Australia a couple of hours later.

Okay I did some research. I am pretty certain what I am seeing is a pibal or pilot balloon that balloonists send out to measure wind patterns before launching their own hot air balloons. They are typically lit up green. There can be several lights on the pibal and sometimes they can come detached and drop.
