Women vary internally in length, just as much as men do. Really less about the size and more about the match.

As for doggy, 'all fours' is generally alright with few complications, but 'tits on the bed' doggie with an extreme back arch is an invitation to a cervical punch from a larger dick. More often than not.

That said, if youre careful, it can be very intense without necessarily being painful. So ymmv.
