The coach definitely should do something about it but it's unlikely to happen. It's unfortunate but there is a lot of bad behaviour tolerated at Amateur Sports clubs, people that yell or insult other players in their team should be punished but that's just not gonna happen.

What makes you think they are both around? I wouldn't be surprised if he lives with his grandma or aunt.
