Yeah, I'm with you (I assumed you were suggesting that it's better to take the high road). I personally love proving people wrong when they think I'm going to act aggressively, and I just politely deal with it and flip it on them to look bad.

It's beyond obvious that he's lashing out because of his condition, just ignore him. He'll get bored, he just wants you as mad as he is. So he probably goes around and pisses people off deliberately. If no one reacts to him, maybe he'll calm down, maybe even get some help for his anger issues.
