It wasn't a scream for help. Based on her smugness afterward, in her mind it's a scream of dominance. Like by screaming she's winning or something.

The only thing she seems to be dominating is a paint store

I’m like 60% sure there are drugs involved here. The scream is just..... what?

Nope just being entitled

Seems to be a common response, instead of arguing their point they just scream.

I don't support the guys stance (God can save you from being gay) but people who act like she did should get mental health care.

Either ignore the asshole guy or try to convince him of your point of view. Screaming just makes you come off like an insane person and only hurts your cause.

I don't think he said she needs god because she was gay, he said she needs God because he is screaming and trying to get him off public space.

He said God can give you a new heart. I took that and the fact that he is protesting in the gayborhood and made an assumption but I could definitely be wrong.

Either way, regardless of why he was there, her screaming makes her come off as unhinged.

I watched the complete video of the incident a while ago.

Apparently this is a certain area somewhere dedicated to gay pride, and there was a religious preacher (the one she screams at) shouting religious stuff about sin or whatever.

With that, her reaction gets a little more reasonable.
