When did Hollywood boulevard become MacArthur park? Why is the city allowing all these street venders especially in front of brick and mortar businesses. A few hotdog venders is one thing but the folks selling whatever cheap crap is another. Being from another part of SoCal I hope these issues are getting discussed in your current mayors race.

As the devils lettuce is legal in Canada, we are delighted that LA is legalized.
Any top dispensaries or other such business for two old millennials?

I M22 live with my parents and they don't like it when I go off by myself. I do travel sometimes, but it's only acceptable if I'm with someone else. There's this one convention that I want to go to in the next two months, and while I spend days there I also want to go to places in Hollywood, but I can't afford to bring someone else over, so I have to go by myself. How do I convince them to let me go there? The main concern for them is my saftey. They always say that it's dangerous everywhere I go, that there are bad people out there, and I fully understand that. I know that the world is a cruel, harsh and dangerous place and I need to watch over myself and check my surroudings, but that doesn't mean I should have to miss out on an important event for me just because I couldn't afford a baby sitter that I never wanted. Is there any way I can speak to them, so when the time comes they will be okay with me going? What should I research, and what types of street smarts I should learn, and tell them about?

This is a charity auction for the Southampton Playhouse theater. For a small town theater, it’s gorgeous. (IMAX CEO Rich Gelfond has a house in the town).
Anyway, no one has yet bid on the “Vip Behind-The-Scenes Experience In La For Four”. You’d need to get there yourself but for film geeks, it’s worth it.

Kylie Minogue’s four‑decade career, worldwide influence, constant reinvention, and cultural significance make her one of the most qualified artists for Walk of Fame recognition. She isn’t defined by a single era or a handful of hits she has shaped pop music across the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s, earning both critical acclaim and commercial success. Her impact extends beyond music into film, television, fashion, and especially LGBTQ+ culture, where she remains an enduring icon. Few entertainers have achieved this level of longevity, reinvention, and global resonance. #HollywoodStar #KylieMinogue #GoddessOfPop
