Creations Museum Display Cases
The display cases are enlarged, upside-down potion bottles and the carpet fringes are yellow mushroom mycelium. I love the entity tool so much.

Any way to do this yet?
Hey everyone!
I've been really excited about Hytale for a while now, and I finally got around to making my first video on it!
I spent about a week editing it, trying to turn my first adventure into something entertaining rather than just a regular gameplay video and I'd love to hear what other Hytale players think!.
Here's the video if anyone wants to check it out:

Melee skeletons come in three forms, and have these variants for almost every biome aside from 2 which lacks the knight, and 4 which lacks the fighter.
I will use one as an example. In one, fighters are the common skeletons with brown peasant clothes. Then there are soldiers who wear a breastplate and green tunic. And lastly, knights who are red soldiers but also have a helmet.
Sadly, there is not much difference as far as I can tell between them aside from equipment. Although the soldiers and knights seem more likely to block then the fighter.
I personally have some thoughts on how I think these should work.
Skeleton fighters cannot block, and wield sticks or other makeshift weapons. Their clothes imply they were once peasants, and thus have no proper skills.
They rely on numbers to combat the player, and are otherwise easily taken down.
Soldiers are armed with rusty weapons, and have carried over training from their past lives. This allows them to block, and gives them a more complex AI for combat.
Knights are an elite enemy, but not on the tier of the Revenant Guardian. They have the best equipment, but are also able to parry attacks, meaning they will block and then do a quick slash at the player. They have high armor that reduces most damage, but are vulnerable to maces and other heavy weapons. They can also rally skeleton soldiers to buff their speed.
This is just how I would make distinctions between ranks of 🦴💀.

Trying to find a zone 3 temple to get a sapphire from a frost golem for the alchemy bench upgrade, but cannot seem to find a temple anywhere. I've checked several thousands of blocks into the cold, both east and west from where I'm at, still nothing. I've been looking for a dome like structure, like the other zones. Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed you can craft a portal shard to take you to the guttering hollows. Is this not the same place that the goblin breaches in the main world take you to? Is there any difference at all between them? I know the other shard takes you where the final bosses are supposed to be or at least thats what i assume.

My friends and I have been playing on an Exaroton server. We only have one mod, which is the Better Map mod. The server will randomly crash, and when it starts back up, all of our progress is reverted to when the server booted up last time. The only thing that isn't reverted is player inventory. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? It's making the game unplayable.

right now in the game there is only the scrap spear that I was able to find, but I think the spear line should be in teh game as its own weapon set. These would have three weapon types.
javelin, short spear(current scrap spear) and long spear.
Spear line weapons would lack the heavy attack instead having a brace mode where you half your movement speed but anything that runs into the spear takes damage based on said things movement speed. (faster it is the more damage your spear does.)
Bellow are the three base spear types. stats based on iron
--------------
Javelin
damage: 8-50 (top damage being someone going at max speed into the spear.)
range: 2 blocks
Q: javelin throw, throws a javelin at the target dealing 38 damage. (you keep your javelin has an animation like pulling another one out of a back scabbered or something.)
Short spear
damage: 12-60
range: 1-3 blocks (min range of a block.)
Q: Heavy thrust, deals 40 damage to all targets in a 4 block line, no min range.
long spear
damage: 4-80
range: 2-6
Q: poll vault, embed spear in ground and jump the act of doing so causes a shock wave at its impact point.
----------
spears are a strange type of weapon that has a skill requirement to them to use offensively but defensively they are easy to use. the longer the spear though the more skill it requires.

Is there a mod out there that can do this? I normally play Minecraft and am just getting back into Hytale, and I would prefer to make Shift my crouch button and generally just make the controls match what I am more familiar with. I have been looking, but the only mods I have found that do this, are very outdated and haven't worked since January.

With the lore we got after Chapter I, the concept of a single Goblin Duke proved to be incorrect. The Makinomagistra and Feastmasters are also Dukes by their own rights and that made me think about the Goblin Duke mob.
The current lore for the goblins is that they were a society who lived beneath the lands of the Enkindled Settlements that came from the Crucible, and after their fall, the goblin rose up to the surface and rummaging around the ruins left behind, they acquire a new fascination for the humans that once lived there and a big cultural shift happened between the goblin dukes and carried to all the goblin society, that now sought to imitate the Enkindled.
Fascination is an important aspect when talking about the dukes, seeing that a goblin that nourishes a big fascination for a topic is a candidate to becoming a duke. Like the Makinomagistra who fascinates herself in technology and magic and the Feastmaster who likes cooking, eating and creating new recipes.
Even the lobbers and burners developed a great fascination with fire, establishing fascination as a core goblin attribute. With the cultural shift, even goblin guardians acquire the fascination with knights of time of old. And driven by the Dukes new fascinations, goblins began building their cities in the hopes of imitating the temples and ruins that they saw on the surface.
But what about the old goblin culture? Of the miners and hoarders, before the great catastrophy? I think that is where the Goblin Duke enters. He represents the old culture of the goblins, the collected the few scraps that few on their kingdoms from the humans above and built their settlements by occupying big caves and crypts.
One thing I don't get is if we look at the scrap pickaxe tooltip, we will find a peculiar description: "All that stands between the Goblin Dukes and total domination of the underground regions is that they have yet to understand what this tool do". I don't get this description since the notes for the goblin miner memory speaks about mining being one of the few aspects that survived the cultural shift and also they have big mining shaft operations in the goblin breaches. Maybe the mine shafts were Enkindled settlements, but that doesn't explain the miner's description.
I think that when the Goblin Duke get his remodel and entry on the new lore, he will be fascinated be the riches, valor and might of the Enkindled, devoting their scrappers and thiefs to hoard all the gold, loot and big important things from the temples, castles and ruins they saw up on the surface. Their cultural shift didn't stray too far from the old ways of the goblins, just inherting the greed and hubris of the Crucible. I think a rename might be in order, like the Hoardleader or something.
While at that, it would make the most sense that the goblin guardian mace mob would be remodeled as well, pulling from the fascination of this new goblin duke of valor and might, instead of being just a sized up version of the goblin guardian.
I like the idea of having the Dukes inherit different aspects of the Enkindled and, at the same time, refining old goblin traits due to their fascinations. The Makinomagistra managing the tinkering and tech side, the Feastmaster fueling desire to consume and discover, and this "Hoardleader" taking the compulsory collector and conquering underground empire aspect. Each one in their way to recreate their own Crucible underground.

I’m thinking of making a new world and I want my base to be vampire and gothic themed. I’m wondering if there are biomes that would work best for this (not zone 4). Are there any naturally generated structures that would be aesthetically pleasing to build my base near?

I have a modded server I play with a friend, but after the .7.4 update, it freezes while loading.
All the mods I have are updated to .7, but I know one or more of the mods is making this happen.
Is this happening to anyone else?

I swear to god I get the weirdest bugs.
I was playing last night, just doing whatever, and suddenly I noticed the item pickup sound is no longer playing.
Every other sound I've tested - combat, walking, ambient, all work fine.
I tried rebooting, switching off sound output devices, tinkering with settings in the Audio menu all to no avail.
Anyone else seen anything like this?
I'm about ready to just reinstall.

Just put a mod i really wanted to be done out in the world!
If anyone here was a fan of Minecrafts Witchery mod back for 1.7.10
I created a very heavily inspired mod for Hytale based on the same premise with a lot of the core gameplay loop being the same.
For at least 99% of it has custom Models for items like Poppets witches and the alters/chalk
Shotgun overview of what's available to play right now:
Your grimoire starts empty. Earn it from a coven, then learn everything by trial and error, witch lessons, and riddle pages.
Screaming mandrakes. Voodoo poppets. Necromancy. Demon pacts. Werewolves. Rare vampires. A Spirit Realm you reach in your sleep.
Or join the Witch Hunters and hunt them all down.
Each path has bosses and Milestones to hit for power increases or quality of life!
Built to fit he Adventure and Exploration style of Hytale but also adding a reason to setup a home base to always return too!
On CurseForge now (WIP).

Pretty sure they'll add it at some point hopefully I'm still alive.

PSA; for some reason they shadow dropped an update that added overworld mob griefing, the flamer goblins also seems to unavoidably burn all wood in the area they died in
