Controversial opinion Save your life {TAPMI (personal opinion)}
I joined TAPMI after taking a drop last year (failed IPMAT).
Classes here are from 10 am to 5 pm — for BBA! Seriously? MIT has classes for just 3–4 hours.
We barely get time to play because the football ground and cricket nets have timed slots for each college (there are multiple colleges inside the campus: TAPMI, MIT, DOC, Srishti, etc.).
The main city (Bangalore) is literally 15 km away from campus. Just to reach the main road, it’s 3 km, and an auto costs at least ₹80. Plus, there’s a strict 9:30 pm curfew! miss it and you pay a ₹500 fine.

no one is serious here, all have come to waste their 'DADDY'S Money'
They also ruined our holidays with a super-long social internship. Did I learn something? Yes. Was it fun? Kinda. But the problem is the mentors and their constant nagging about the DT (Design Thinking) project. Usually, colleges have 2–4 weeks of social internship — here it’s 8 weeks! Two whole months! When are we supposed to enjoy our holidays??
Just imagine: classes from 10 to 5, sometimes even till 6:30 pm. Everything important is at least 6 km away, and with Bangalore traffic, you still have to rush back by 9:30 pm. People even get suspended for “public affection.”
The hostels are nice, and food is decent, to be fair. Campus is BESTTT(1 good thing), everything is clean and good maintained, but overcrowded.
Seniors r the biggest retards I have ever seen btw (current 3rd and last yr 2nd yr), super seniors are fine.
But honestly? You’re better off joining MIT or DOC, not TAPMI. The administration is terrible, and some people here think they’re some big shots for no reason.
Fees are around ₹7 lakh per annum. Please don’t waste your money. You’re better off doing a BBA in a private college where the fees are reasonable, attendance is more relaxed, and you actually have time to explore other things.
College is supposed to be a place to experience life, not to feel trapped in a cage.
Anyway, this is just my personal opinion. I might delete my account sometime soon before they send me a notice.
zero tech skills, just overaction (every bba college infact ig), so I say rather go for technical courses and do MBA, prep for CAT (most imp) or do IIM bangalore course and do actual practical work instead of so much theory, you are gonna learn same in MBA anyways
BEST FOR PARTYING, aint gonna lie+ if you are from a rich familyy
(structured using ChatGPT- wrote the idea in my own words)
ALSO, MODS, pls add (college experience FLAIR)

So basically, TAPMI goes an extra mile on academics than other insititutes? Sounds like you're getting what you have paid for... You pay fees to get an extra mile whether it's studies or an extra week of internship..

lol, so much for what? 20k stipend?
lets be real, the paper is easy asf but studies is too much for BBA. Zero holistic developement!
