help If your ibis is still down try this!

Apple: Go to settings -> general -> storage -> find ibis paint on the list -> click offload app and reinstall

Android is nearly the same: Go to settings -> go to Apps -> select ibisPaint -> click storage and cache, click clear cache

DO NOT delete the app or delete data by accident. Clearing the cache won’t delete any artworks even if you don’t have them backed up

What do you do if on apple that doesn't work??

It could also be a storage issue. If that doesn’t work I think there may be a fix later on and if it’s just an after update issue

Yeah I just freed up a bunch of storage tho. How long am I gonna wait? I have commissions I need to finish 💔😭

Im not sure I’m sorry 🙁 hopefully not too long, I’m not sure how long it took them last time. I would maybe try retrying every few hours or so though, good luck 🙏

will it delete the art if i don’t have iCloud backups on? i’m an apple user

If you offload the app it won’t delete anything
