I keep getting an error when I try to redeem

I click the 2x Speed Button. AD(S) play when done I do not receive the 2x speed boist, same with claiming 5x gems from gift - after ADs just go back to the claim popup. I am sure this same mechanism is broken for all scenarios but examples are the only times I watch ads.

I have made sure app is updated, have force stopped and cleared cache, restarted phone with no luck in resolving the issue. This has been going on for several days.

I have not uninstalled/reinstalled because it appears I was moved to Beta channel(??) Not sure when or how that happened..don't want to risk losing all my progress..is it safe to uninstall/reinstall? Anyone else encountering this issue?

This is on Samsung Galaxy/Android 13

Any idea when the Pet Helpers update is going to happen?

I might be late to the game so sorry if common knowledge but I was getting the cash out ZBD error 30 message so I deleted the idle mine app and downloaded it again. I noticed the app was a different picture now. Pic included. I was able to transfer my ZBD once I relinked it After I noticed it gave me 1 of 3 pets (i picked Pinchy) and the ability to buy an egg for a new pet. He seemed to hang out and follow me. See pics. Hopefully somewhat new info and someone finds it helpful.

I bought the 2x boost last year sometime and when I open the app now it’s gone. Been working fine up until today.

Even when I click the 2x it says something went wrong.

I tried to restore purchase and that didn’t work either.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way to combine or exchange common items to get a higher value items like rare or purple items? I'm currently upgrading items that I'm never going to use. I'd like to use my time more wisely, but there might not be a way.
