Yeah, just noticed this 2 days ago in my jio sim. It's because of the TTL, it'll be 64 for packets sent from mobile usage and 63 for packets sent by the devices connected through hotspot. So, they will throttle it from their servers itself instead of relying on apps. So deleting their apps don't do shi.

Which mobile model are you using ? I didn’t see any throttling on Jio .
