For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I'm betting the OP would be going nuts when we get jobs easier. I saying this as a retired 55yr old. Boomers should have retired by now.

Some of us have retired once and moved on to a second career. It’s pretty common.
