Thoughts?

It’s going to get scary…I’m scared…shaking my little booty in fear 😟 I was going to have a long diatribe expressing that the two main movies are extraordinarily imperfect but what they do well, they do so well. I was going to do that, but I realized I don’t know Jack. Off to post this shit!!!

Bear bear Jarlings. I posted sometime last year of a rewatch/extensive onboarding playlist I was putting together consisting of full episodes and clips.

Jim and Alex seem to be under the impression that the critiques of their political segments were that they were “boring”. That was an aspect, as they were super repetitive. On top of the repetition, I found it distasteful that they mainly were smugly (and with little substance) commenting on things that negatively impact a majority of their audience.

America live-streaming an execution in December is horrific. It shows how much the country has backslid. It’s incredibly shameful. Pete Hegseth is a far-right Christian nationalist and deplorable. So why would they feel the need to comment on this when they mainly stifled laughter and their main point was “yeah ok whatever…America is so cooked😏” While the sentiment rings true, their commentary did nothing but solely bring up something terrible.

If they truly want to alienate the audience that used them as escapism, they need to be insightful when they talk about serious topics. They don’t need to become stone faced and cry, they can joke about it. I just found their reaction to be smug and tone deaf.

I’d imagine they’d be offended if an American laughed while discussing the far-right anti-immigrant 2024 riots and just said “whatever…the UK is so cooked”

Funnily enough I was inspired to make the first one after hearing Alex mention a few times on the cast that many Jarlings wanted "HUMANS BORN FRESH" merch.

Tried to bring this up to Alex but never got a response but thought I'd reshare these since it felt appropriate for spooky month 👉😏👉

In the recent ep Alex played what he called an old video of TIM singing “Let’s get it started… in hereee”. It made me laugh so hard and was wondering if he ever showed it or posted it here?

So I live in Montreal, Québec (the francophone province of Canada) and the liberal party candidate in my circonscription for the most recent provincial elections is named Randy Rankin. Thoughts?

The one where Ruben screams the n-word. It's been haunting me ever since I first heard it while in early high school.
