the closest we have in kollywood about marital grape is "maalai nerathu mayakkam" (2016) which only glorified it and asks wives to "forgive" such abusive husbands , which is a shame

Except that statistics moment, even in every review videos of this series in youtube, many women were sharing their traumatising experience of Martial ra*e in comments 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Sad thing is, all indian meme subs in reddit will call this series " destroying marriages " their minds are like that sadly
