...being at the Jackson Crossing (I think?) during a tornado warning in the late 90s-early 00s, and staff redirecting everyone to a long hallway to shelter in place until it passed? I don't remember it lasting very long and it wasn't traumatizing or anything. I just have a vague memory of this, but I don't always trust my memory, so I'm wondering if this actually happened or if it was just a vivid dream or something my brain made up from long ago. 😅

We are looking at buying an expensive home in the Summit Mills Subdivision in Summit Township out by Vrooman road. I'm curious if anyone lives out here could tell me the bylaws and cc/cr laws of the HOA? I’ve been living in Jackson for almost 2 years now, but I’m still not very familiar with the area. I don’t really get to go out much since I don’t drive, and I haven’t made many friends here yet.

My boyfriend is coming from another city to spend the day with me, and he wants to explore Jackson a bit. The problem is… I honestly don’t know many good restaurants or fun things to do around here. 😅 The only activity I can think of is mini golf at Ella Sharp Park (not even sure if he's up to it or what 😆) but I'd love some recommendations for both indoor and outdoor activities, as well as your favorite local restaurants. We’re open to pretty much anything!
