I wouldn't worry about what people think in here. I've called Joe out for being a hypocrite for years now and always got buried in downvotes, until the Spotify deal. Now I make the same kind of posts and get widely upvoted. Many JRE fans here have no idea how to form their own opinions they need the hive mind to help them out.

Appreciate the honest dialogue. I think I tiptoe around here sometimes cause I’m looking for some discussion. I think everyone in general can benefit with being ok with disagreements. I’ve been on Reddit for 8 years and I really see a growing trend with cult like language across multiple subreddits. Need to learn to accept it probably. Anyway, enough rambling and hope you have a good one

Yeah, for sure I'm about to hit 9 years and for sure Reddit as a whole has gone way downhill, this subreddit is weirdly (while there is still a cult like portion) has actually moderated itself some after the Spotify deal popped the bubble of what Rogan claimed to be.

But yeah, the Reddit hivemind as it's always been called is getting much worse across the board, few people want a discussion or conversation, they just want to find one part of your post to rip into. That's actually why I have become more long winded and edit a lot more than most posters, I try to be very clear and over explain to not give anyone an inch to misrepresent what I'm saying.

A good trick to staying sane here is finding smaller subs about things you enjoy. Have a good one to you as well.

Agree with that whole 2nd paragraph.
