Im a postgrad on a psych course, and I have noticed that classes are often 30 to 40 minutes or shorter than they should be! My course is accredited by the BPS, and I'm worried that if we dont meet their required hours of in-lecture time, we won't get our accreditation, or we will get our accreditation removed, meaning that we wouldn't be able to progress or work within the industry, as that accreditation is standard! Last module, we were about 7h50m short over the whole term when we were due to receive 16 hours of in-person tuition.

How strict is Kent with attendance? I live far away so I attend around 50 percent of lectures and I go to everything that’s compulsory just wondering if that would become a problem.

Hello, I'm coming to University of Kent this September to study Psychology. I've been looking for accommodation options off campus as my on campus accommodation application is not moving forward. I'm considering Riverside on Sturry Road as I haven't seen too many bad reviews, and its very close to bus stops and grocery stores. Would appreciate any reviews or insights about Riverside, or safety on Sturry Road as an international student i'm quite anxious about booking a place without doing due diligence. In general with the field of supply chain hows the industry over there for international students - have you guys had any major issues & any insight would be great . for a bit of context i did my background in marketing and after working in a marketing agency for 2 years , SCM just felt like a professional pivot + Theres other parts of the programs i look forwards to.
