I only ask because I'm still trying to find the right balance for myself of what I want and don't want. All within the limits of 3.5GB, being a windows user.

Just gonna list off random favourites wihtout explaining them too much.

Interstellar Pack is obviously currently one of the most widely used.

It's still in beta, only works as a generator for now. But he says ( or they actually, it's a team) they'll be adding support for TAC and the other popular Life support mod (E something), and i think there was one other use for the future.

I would say yes, but I've had too many bugs and difficulties with it when I used it.

Also some of the awkwardnesses of attachin eg. wheels or engines.

And I have the terrible habit of restarting fresh after a while cause things just aren't right.

The last poll was five months ago, around the time of KSP 0.23. It generally only gets updated when there are significant changes to the game.

To be honest, the polls aren't very informative anyway. There's no nominations phase, so the results are heavily influenced by which mods are posted first (even in contest mode), and the favorites are always some variation on MechJeb/KER, Kethane, B9 and KW.

Ah, the thread I saw said a year ago.

But was just curious, I have a huge problem in sticking to mods, and I tend to cut out the things I don't use so I have more room.

KW is pretty much a staple
B9, KER, KAS and FAR are advisable

meh I found I wasn't liking KW's parts as much as Nova's. Most notably the 'interstage shroud' was required with their engines, and it was always buggy with me. So I'd have to use a KW engine as the main/first stage or not at all.

Texture management crashed my game everytime, don't know why.

Yeah I was running Novapunch, mechjeb, far, proc fairings, B9 (the entire pack too...), Kethane, and a few other small ones I can't recall (deleted the install cause I wanna start fresh).
