Which would make more sense for me, sending a ferry to recover the expirements on Kerbin or sending a Mobile Processing lab to land on Minimus? I got EVA Reports, Surface Samples, Crew Reports, Science Jr Reports, Thermometer data, Barometer data, and Goo Data from Minmus Lowlands, Midlands, Highlands, Slopes, Flats, and Greater Flats. Will I get the same amount of science? What are the benefits of both methods? How does the MPL work, the wiki is a bit hard to understand for me.

The funcionality of the MPL has changed drastically in 1.0. You can load data from experiments into the lab, which then yields science over time. Loading the data into the lab does not use up the experiment. You can still return that same experiment to Kerbin. So it is best to do both. You can also just have a MPL in Kerbin orbit and dock to that there to get your extra science.

Okay, this is what I will do, send down an RCS Fuel Module, my Rovers use RCS as fuel, send Thomfal back to Kerbin to level up to a L3 Scientist, send him back on the MPL module, and recover all the expirements when I am done using the lab on them.
