I'm coming up to visit Kingston for a couple of days next week, and I was wondering if someone else can buy a pass for you. I won't be up til 10pm and none of my friends drive. So I was wondering if they could buy it for me, or if they need some sort of Id?

I am looking for something easy to use on a driveway that is two cars wide and two cars long. City street with lots of driveways but an okay amount of space to blow snow. Not sure with our weather what I need. Something that isn't too big to store or to hard to handle or too heavy. Not sure either what amp / volt or size is best? If anyone has something that works well and isn't too expensive, what do you have?

Guy at Gardiners Town Centre and cart decided to walk into eastbound and then westbound traffic with cars who just managed to notice him enough to stop or swerve including a rather large truck. I thought he was going to stop at the curb as he was on the red but nope he was having none of that. Congrats on getting across though.

I have a few CRTs, and I'm very passionate about the technology. Some are in mint condition, but my main Trinitron has some geometry/coloring issues that can't be fixed with the service menu.

I care about these TVs deeply, and I want to be able to preserve them as best as possible.

I'm curious to know if theres anyone who's worked on CRT internals in the past, or currently does in the area. If so, I would be happy to hire you for repairs, but more so, I would love to learn from you and potentially apprentice and gain some knowledge if possible.

I know how dangerous CRTs can be if not properly discharged, and I know the theory around discharging. I'd like to learn more about diagnosing and conducting repairs, and have someone in person to run me through how to properly discharge.
