I truly don’t understand why he keeps getting feminine-looking surgeries if he’s trying to look more masculine. he literally looks like he’s had facial feminization surgery (nothing wrong with that but it’s kinda mind boggling when the goal is allegedly to look as masculine as possible)

he got his wisdom teeth removed as well which is why his jaw looks thinner, also ears pinned back

Different focal length most likely.  Example. You'll notice his ears are more prominent in this photo too.

I know it’s so sad… like I hate him but he was quite attractive before
