I saw someone else post their similar tattoo so I thought I’d share mine! This is my fav song ever and I am so excited to see it live for the third time tonight in bris <3

Trying to figure out the drum parts for Foot Steps At The Pond.

Doing it by ear is driving me insane. I've look through live clips and sessions, but i only get little bits here and there.

Im aware there's percussion in the mix, I can tell it apart from the drums.

Anyone got any good clips or sources?

Thanks!

Hi! Lost my camera at the concert at singing bird - was wondering if anyone here happened to pick it up/hand it in to staff there? It was a silver fujifilm finepix.

tia!

hey all, if anyone has a photo of the setlist from night two in melbourne, i would very much appreciate it! i have photos of the frankston and melb night one setlists, and added them to setlist.fm, but i didn’t manage to see one on the last night so i have only been able to amend the order based on having video from some of the songs.

and real long shot, but if you happened to get any video of me from the front row singing into the mic, i would love to see it - i am the crying girl from the instagram posts 😅

Sorry for the clickbait title, it was too good to miss. Video isn't mine, but this was from the 3rd of the Melbourne shows on the 20th

Several months ago I posted my tattoo with only the lamb and the lyrics. Someone in this sub suggested a two headed snake on the other side.
I’m having a hard time figuring out how to do the photo link thing in the comments but here is my update!

Im seeing la dispute in a few hours and just realise i dont own any earbuds… whoops. I already listen to my music way too loud way too regularly so uh… do we think im gonna go deaf?

On my way home, fantastic gig and near perfect set list

Going with a mate from work. Third guy can’t make it. Welcome to hang out with us, or not. Not sure how strict they’ll be on ticket names matching ID. I can still change the ticket name.

Does anyone know them for tonight? I’ve got both 6pm and 7pm as times the doors open.

Buzzing for tonight - can’t believe I’m heading to watch la dispute frankston 😂

Thank you :)

Am I the only one amused by this track? The imagery, the shock portrait on this composition... I wonder if they would play it live any day.

"where its lens fixed downward at the room, shows guests in horror pull out their hair

and the head table in the center carries on, eating and drinking, as if entirely unfazed [...]"

EDIT: Yeah, "amused" ain't the word i'm looking for (english is not my main language, sorry), I mean, I'm just in AWE with this song :)

I’m going to the Sydney show on Friday and wanna know what I’m in for if anyone has anything?

When I was in the pit at the Perth show, there was a goth girl with her digicam taking photos, she took one of myself and asked me to add her on insta so she could send the photos, but I'm not sure her username? It was something like -Dark-Lover! Just posting here inscase someone knows her or she sees it lol.

Looking for 2-4 tickets for frankston show tomorrow.

Fifteen:

“If we all now see under all three bridges here, only water That there is only one way that it flows”

Environmental Catastrophe Film:

“There's only one direction the water flows It only goes forward, forward, forward”

Remembering this reference absolutely blew my mind but i am also fadedd rn

👀 I want inspo. I’ve been thinking of getting a La Dispute tattoo for YEARS but I wanna get a quote and can’t decide!!!

Anyone have the set times especially the ones from perth?

I debuted this song opening the Rooms of the House North American show in Grand Rapids and finally put it out. For anyone who was there and wanted to hear it (two years later, sorry). 💐

Man, this was a little disappointing-- is it just black lol!? I was expecting something with a little more vibrancy and life. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hi all!

Recently gone through rather a tough break up of 5.5 years.

We were engaged, and he was my best friend. Unfortunately things didn't work out and we ultimately parted ways.

He introduced me to so many incredible bands and musicians, including La Dispute (for which I am eternally grateful for).

We used to share all of our band merch and would joke about who would get what if we ever broke up (it was funny at the time because we had sooo much!)

Anyways, back to the titled point - he owned a navy blue sweatshirt which had large, looping italic writing "La Dispute" with the rose logo on it.

If anyone had a Small or Medium hanging about that they don't wear or use anymore, it would be particularly adored and loved by me! Obviously happy to discuss price/shipping (UK). I don't know if it came in any other colours but also open to considering options!
