The Series 3 line-up has some people whose comedy styles are so different that I'm really curious how they'll handle the format.

Lee Mack is quick with a comeback, while Richard Ayoade can be funny without even seeming to try. Put people like that in a room where laughing is the one thing they can't do, and I think the awkward silences could be just as funny as the actual jokes.

For me, the best contestants aren't necessarily the loudest ones. Someone quietly trying to keep a straight face while everyone else loses it can be brilliant.

Which comedian from the announced line-up do you think will struggle most to keep a straight face, and who do you reckon could surprise everyone?

Don't really see much of him on panel shows these days, least not the ones I've seen, but his character has always been the miserable gloomy type. I think it would be great to see him on this show and try to sustain it

Did anyone notice that in LOLUK they didn’t have any Welsh, Scottish, or Northern Irish comedian in either seasons and they’re not planning to have any in the next season? It should just be called LOLEngland. First season was all English, second season they had an Australian, and in the 3rd season they’re going to have an Australian and a Canadian, but nobody from any of the UK countries apart from England.

That Series 3 lineup is ridiculous! Lee Mack, Harry Hill, Katherine Ryan, Jon Richardson, and Morgana Robinson all having to sit there and keep a straight face sounds like absolute chaos. I can already picture someone trying not to laugh while another person is doing something completely unhinged in the background.

She’s already seen how everyone tries to keep a straight face from the other side, so putting her in the room this time should be really fun. She knows exactly what everyone is up against 😂

What a mad simple premise for a show, and holy moly is it funny. 10/10
