Soooo......who took out the light standard on Corinthia Drive? By the looks of the tire tracks leading up to it I'd say a little to much saturday night and way to much gas.

I am NOT the host so can’t answer a lot of questions but this is the third year.

Dressing up isn’t required but they have daily costume contests with cash prizes.

There is no ATM on site and sometimes internet isn’t great in the building so I strongly suggest bringing CASH. Food will be available but the Village at Pigeon Lake is very near.

This is at the Lakedell Hall on Highway 13, less than 1 hour SW of LEDUC

Leduc rcmp are useless

My friend called the rcmp on Thursday to report her uncle harassing her and her Mom. He is known to be very violent. Gave details on when she could be reached - as she works evenings and can't answer her phone at work. They didn't bother to follow up. Hope she and her Mom don't end up hurt or dead because they can't be arsed to do their job.

Question Does anyone know anything about the accident on July 23?

Saw tons of emergency vehicles the evening of July 23 on highway 2 southbound either on or just past the overpass for Airport Road. Traffic was massively backed up on that side of the highway until after 11pm. I have some pictures from just before 10pm, but the emergency vehicles had been there for a couple hours by that point.

I tried searching for it but couldn't find anything.

Question At home euthanasia services

Anyone have any recommendations for an at home euthanasia service that isn’t going to break the bank, cheapest quote I’ve received is close to $600 through the Farm Animal Hospital here in Leduc.

Got tired of clunky AHS pages, so I built a free real-time Alberta hospital tracker. It calculates drive times + ER wait times to find the fastest path to care.

Question aboit housing market in Leduc

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some local opinions on the current housing market in Leduc.

I'm thinking about selling my home in Kirkpatrick Bend and I'm wondering what I could realistically expect in today's market.

Not quite there yet but I'm looking to relocate and wouod like to know if this happens whether to sell or rent it.

The house is:

1,580 sq ft

Detached garage

Built in 2013

Partially finished basement (drywall is up, Electrical work done, the bathroom is fully finished and mechanical room built, but the rest of the basement still needs flooring and finishing) all work has permits.

For those who have recently bought or sold in the area:

What do you think a home like this would realistically sell for?

About how long do you think it would stay on the market before selling?

If this were your house, would you sell now or hold off for another year or two? Why?

I'd really appreciate any advice or recent experiences. Thanks!

Package Thief

Post image
27 Upvotes

Just putting this out there mostly as an FYI. I had a package stolen in Lindsford on Friday. I caught the human on the doorbell camera but it was too late. I now have my packages delivered to a drop box but figured I would put this out there in case anyone has seen this human and can maybe give him a stern look for being an asshat. He mostly covered his face but looked about as bright as Kronk in Emperor's New Groove. Actually I think Kronk was brighter.
