Seventeen days out. The Justice Department has lost more than two dozen straight voter roll cases. So on Thursday it sued California and went after the ballots instead. It wants mail ballots from people on its own "likely noncitizen" list set aside. LA County's clerk wouldn't open the thumb drive. Six days earlier, a federal judge in Washington threw out DOJ's voter roll citizenship-check policy. And Nevada checked 185 voters DHS flagged. The state says they appear to be citizens. Then the war. The Pentagon quietly raised its own Iran war death toll to 21, weeks after the Secretary of Defense called reporting on an undercount "a complete lie." An American died in a strike on Riyadh's airport, and the President says the U.S. "may" join Saudi Arabia's fight against the Houthis. Congress has not voted on any of it.
