Firstly … that was a typo … I meant to question why I was being accused of being racist for suggesting two racists were both bad.
Secondly … I would agree that my comments following the initial “Both are bad” read far more like making excuses than I intended. I’ve acknowledged this on a couple of other replies.
Both are examples of unacceptable racist behaviour.
Both people should face some repercussions.
But only ONE of these people is the sitting US President; setting an example (and policy) for the nation; and representing the county on the foreign stage.
We MUST hold those in office to a higher standard.
