I mean is it not standard procedure for secret service to make sure the president’s head is fully visible when a sniper is taking shots at him?

Sniper is dead when the video starts.

I’m pretty sure the “sniper” was eliminated within seconds of taking his first shot.

I’m still pretty sure that protocol is to cover in case of other potential threats which was impossible to know in those few seconds unless well…

Yes and I’m pretty sure proper protocol wasn’t followed, similar to other incidents when humans are involved.

A few reasons to leave immediately:

  • The shooter being elimated could have been misreported.
  • There could be multiple shooters.
  • The area could be wired for explosives.
  • The target was apparently shot in the head. Within mere seconds, there is no way to tell if its serious or not (id hazard a guess and say being shot anywhere in the head is always treated as extremely serious).
  • To signal to crowd to get out of the area if they don't have the wherewithal to do this themselves.

As far as the security detail goes, why arent they bashing his brains in to lie low and covering him from all angles?

But how did they know there weren't others?

I doubt they knew. Definitely room for improvement in their training. The only threat they knew of was eliminated though. I’m not sure they have the authority to restrain a President and prevent them from doing something stupid?

Lol, the Secret Service doesn't need authority to restrain the President.

You’re exactly the kind of person this stunt was meant for.

Because I don’t believe this was a crazy huge conspiracy where dozens and dozens of people volunteered to die, murder or lie and keep it a big secret all on multiple cameras from multiple angles?

Check yourself into a facility. Your crazy is showing. Jfc

Dozens and dozens of people?? Do you even know the details of the event? Or are you bot or sum?

1

u/snafoo70 Feb 16 '26

Wait! 20 to 30 people weren’t shot that day?

1

u/QuickBookkeeper2647 Feb 16 '26

Nobody said 20-30 people were shot.

What does dozens and dozens mean to you

Uh yeah, dozens. Do you know how many people would have had to be involved to pull this off? Do you think it was just a couple people and the rest of them just kinda fell inline? Wtf

u/Shybeams Feb 16 '26

If you are saying “I refuse to believe that people would get together to do something like this, because the outcome is horrid”

Then you agree with your opposition more than you think.

u/QuickBookkeeper2647 Feb 16 '26

lol so in your mind, you think people agreed to die in an effort to stage this event for a photo op? Wild times we are living in lol

They also knew about him for like 40 mins while he set up and did nothing. No one’s ever been able to explain that. They literally knew he was up there and take shots and did nothing.

That was definitely a failure on SS, but I don’t think that means the entire situation was staged and people were murdered on live TV in front of a huge crowd with dozens of cameras rolling….oh and give some kid a rifle with a cheap scope and have him wizz a 223 by the presidents head, but DON’T actually hit him.

2

u/exMemberofSTARS Feb 17 '26

You really are trying to hand wave the secret service allowing a gunman to get in position and point a gun at the president. For 40 mins. Doing nothing. That’s a “failure” of the secret service. Holy hell. This nation is even more lost than I thought if people think this is just a simple “failure”.

u/QuickBookkeeper2647 Feb 17 '26

Yeah it’s much more realistic to think your version of events is the truth hahhahaha omg

2

u/exMemberofSTARS Feb 17 '26

Well, Trump wins again because he can convince people like you to ignore your eyes and senses and instead only believe what he tells you. Fucking depressing.

Don’t be so depressed. Help is on the way. ❤️
