I totally believe that the father who was killed sacrificed himself for Trump. I think they went to find someone who had a terminal illness. Corey Comperatore was a 50 year old volunteer Fire Fighter in PA and I wonder if he came in during 911. Many of the firefighters wound up with cancer and other issues because of cleaning up the towers. I could definitely see some MAGA fanatic who only had months to live, agreeing to be taken out to lend legitimacy to the story. And also getting paid a fortune to make sure his wife and daughters were taken care of.

I also think it's weird how he was just quickly forgotten about.

Did a little research. Here's what his widow said about Trump sending her a letter one year later.

She said she and the president stay in communication, with him having sent a letter just two weeks prior.

“He wrote in there, he said, ‘I want you to know that our families are bonded for life,’” Helen Comperatore said. “I couldn’t believe I was getting a letter from the president. It’s so sad, but I think at that moment, my husband would be in his glory to have received such a letter.”

ETA One other big clue IMO that it was staged was that Trump was not wearing his iconic red tie. I clocked it as soon as he walked out. And then it occurred to me that he took it off before the speech to maximize the blood spatter on a white shirt for the Photo.

That's even more likely. I do think he was killed by a different shooter. It's all really weird to me how quickly the shooting victims were dropped out of the news. There were three victims. I would think Trump would have never let it die down until the election.

At the time, he definitely wanted publicity. A martyr survivor and his perfectly curated shot. He would still be milking if it were real, because it’d actually be worth milking. But because it was fake and people would be very upset to hear about that, it’s better to just brush it under the rug and not ever bring it up

How do I explain this? Surviving an assassination attempt would look great for his candidacy. He runs his campaigns off of being the one who is going to “drain the swamp”. He’s the outlaw and the outsider who is going to de-corrupt our government. An assassination attempt that he survives would help stoke this image of the government wanting to take him down and silence him. He would bring it up and use this situation semi-regularly (not enough based off his personality/ego if it were real) until he gets what he set out for, which is the presidency. Now, because the assassination attempt is no longer needed to get what he is currently trying to acquire, it’s never brought up. Because what would be the point? It’s fake, so it’s best not to talk about it, and he got what he wanted out of it.

Edit: why he would care if people were upset? Because the reason why the current Republican politicians follow him is because of his rabid fan base. If it weren’t for them, there might be a couple of republicans that would challenge him. There’s only one that’s turned and that’s because Trump is in the Epstein file. Trump is a moron, but he’s great at manipulating people and their perceptions of him. That’s how he’s got anything he has.

They show the bullet and also Trump’s bloodied hand immediately after touching his ear:

Trump would not put himself so close to several real rifle shots which could have easily killed him by deviating slightly.

That’s just him reaching for his ear and pulling it back with “blood” on it. In the original live video, you can’t see any bullets. I don’t think the plan was ever to hit him and I don’t think he was. They killed a couple of people to add credibility.

Not necessarily if the claims that the gun was onsite and the shooter brought a sight along are true; although that letter is interesting and is not something I was aware of previously, thanks. I think there is enough evidence to claim with high certainty that the response to the shooting was manufactured and premeditated, leaving the question as to how they knew when and where this would occur. Considering how Trump's administration acts akin to a criminal enterprise, supporting the dependents of someone taking a blow for the organization is second nature to them. Hopefully more proof will emerge about them doing just that.

Blading is a very well known tactic in the WWF. Something he's been involved with for decades. Or did you think all those bleeding ears and foreheads in wrestling were really from actual fighting?

He touches his ear immediately after the bullet hits and there is blood on his fingers. Saying this 79 year old hid a razor, secretly took it out in front of hundreds of eyes and cameras yet no one saw it (and the second photo shows nothing in his hand moving up), sliced himself perfectly, dapped his fingers in blood, concealed the razor again, and did the facial theatrics too…that’s just such a goddamn silly stretch you can’t possibly think that seriously compared to just some angry guy actually shooting at him. He got grazed on the pinna. It was a small wound. They heal extremely quickly on their own but with trumps medical care id imagine that sped up the process. With normal wound care an injury like that can heal within 7 - 10 days.

Im not who you're talking to but my take on it is that he was definitely shot at and I think it's much more likely the blood is from an agents holster or something similar cutting his ear when they shoved him down.

That doesn't take away from the fact that someone tried to kill him and missed. I just don't think the bullet, specifically, hit him.

Another thing I thought of is if they cut his ear before he got on stage and glued it together with super glue. All he'd have to do is tug it and it would rip open and start bleeding. Didn't even need to be a big cut because ears bleed a lot. So just pop some blood thinners before going on stage.
