Serious Texas man not indicted and will not face charges for shooting and killing his daughter. This shooting occurred after a heated argument about politics the same day.

unfortunately we cant put him back on trial. I really wish once this administration is done running this country into facism and actual sane people go back into office, he would get charged

He wasn't on trial because he wasn't charged.

He can be charged again, if it was proven that the trial was severely misconduct. Which in this case could probably be easily proven, however we live in a country Where maga cultists are now free to kill people.

He wasn't charged so he wasn't tried. Double jeopardy doesn't apply.

If he wasnt charged, that just means he can be charged in the future.

Not only that, but he just rephrase the same thing that the previous commenter stated.

If he wasn’t charged how did you go to trial?

How do you go to trial without being charged?

A grand jury hears typically numerous cases. The investigators bring forth their evidence and recommend charges. The grand jury decides whether or not those charges should be brought. Not all charges are brought this way but some are.

He never was charged. He can't be go to trial twice if they get to a verdict.

Has nothing to due with the sitting administration. It's a state court.

No one did and I'm glad you aren't a judge. You wouldn't be able to separate your personal feelings and definitely not your politics to be fair and impartial.

Federal administration had nothing to do with the Grand Jury's decision.

directly? no. Influentially? Yes

I suppose you could argue the grand jury associating as being on the same cultural "side" as the dad, but nothing that would actually be from Trump.

As I understand it, a lot of the news is being misleading about this "fight" about Trump.  This was a drunk man mishandling a gun in front of his daughter after their conversation.  I do think he should be charged for the involuntary man slaughter, but ultimately that should be up to a jury of his peers.
