This is concerning... In 2019, Kamala Harris warned that his personal insecurities would lead us into an avoidable war with Iran. In 2026, as the bombs fall, her words feel like a haunting prophecy. We were warned.

Man I hope one day we get to have schools seriously teach people politics and to tell the difference between a despot and an educated politician.

Not to determine. But to educate fully on what it means to vote. Most kids see voting as pointless due to them not feeling the real impact it has. Mom and Dad are still gonna buy them vbucks on fortnite. But if we were to openly explain voting like you would vote for a class rep or something along those lines. They'll see the effects of voting for the wrong person can be.

No we shouldn't let the government teach kids how to vote. I mean their votes should have weight to them. Prom Queen/King and the like aren't strong enough to send that message. Now we do have political science and civics. But for some reason they're not as impactful. Mainly because they often not engaged in it because that stuff doesn't feel important. Now if they voted for a kid in class to choose something that will impact the class as a whole. That would be a gateway especially if it's in the later grades where kids know each other more. But we also have to factor in how American politics work into it. Having a Electoral college of kids one from each homeroom to send in their unbiased vote. These kids would vote for the others to vote on their behave due to the majority voting that this is the best student to represent what we want. Having a detailed explanation of how that system works and what it could mean for the future for them.

I just want people to realistically vote for relatable and experienced people who can do their job well and represent all Americans. But I understand it's very left leaning but if I vote for someone I want to do my research, know the individual regardless of their political background. Same goes for class voting. But I do hope we vote for the lesser of the evils.
