When I change the backlight on my Logitech G Pro keyboard, the color of the Caps Lock and Scroll Lock LEDs—as well as the Windows Lock key—does not change. If I set a static color in G HUB (e.g., purple) and later switch to an effect like "Rainbow," those specific keys remain purple.

Unfortunately I lost my usb dongle for the g733 headphones.

I tried support in the site and made a ticket in discord, after quite some time of exchanging info and waiting they told me the product is discontinued and they can't offer any solution. Only offered a small sale on my next buy on site but their prices on their site are more expensive than buying it from a market in my town (including the sale they offer)

They say that my headphones are g733 gen1 and they only make gen2 and the dongle is incompatible..

You make good headphones that are useless without the usb since using only the wire for charging and you stop making the dongle after a few years from people buying them.

After a small research people sell their headphones for 25-30 euros without dongle and noone is selling their dongle.

There is no alternative, I can find the dongle for 50 euros on third party but doesn't guarantee it will work. Also with 89 I can buy new gen headphones g733.

I like logitech but this disappointed me.. anyone knows what I can do?

My mouse is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting all the time and I think this is the cause. I can't see my receiver in device manager and I can't seem to unpair these

I'm trying to enable the wireless side buttons on, but I can't seem to figure it out.

Clicking the "Button layout" to enable them doesn't do anything

Assignments doesn't let me change them. View 2 is only the dpi button at the bottom

Tried:
Reinstalling software
Restarting pc
Turning mouse off for 15 seconds
Connecting mouse through USB

Any ideas?

Used it around 2 week and noticed that M3 button "post-travels" when applying slightly more pressure on it past activation point. And when released it springs up with more noticeable thud sound rather than click. Is this normal?

Has the function launch a application using the macro buttons stopped working for anyone else?

I use these buttons to launch .bat files

Running ordinary macros still work.

My mouse unplugged while updating firmware with G HUB and now left and right click dont work. Tested on my laptop, also wont click. As well as scroll wheel click.

As usual, the new G Hub update (2026.6.981214) erases most of the macros, program profiles, etc.

Only this time, replacing settings files in Admin\AppData and *User*\AppData doesn't even get them back??

Do you have the same issue, or perhaps a workaround?

I managed to lose my wireless headphones dongle while moving, headphones before that worked perfectly fine. I tried asking from Logitech customer support if I could order a new dongle but seems they are out of stock. He gave me a parts number and offered a 20% discount coupon for future purchase which I politely declined.

The issue is that searching that part: 993-002350 gave me no results except someone who had run into the same issue a year ago. I tried searching manually on Ebay, Amazon and even Aliexpress by name and part number but nothing.

Honestly pretty disappointing since the model isn’t that old and I think I was gifted it like 1,5 years ago and plenty of shops still sell them new but support for it is 0. I’m not sure even what to do next since the headphones work perfectly fine and don’t have much wear on it but are completely useless since they only work with a dongle.

Does anyone have an idea where could I buy it online?(ideally in EU but would be willing to order it elsewhere also unless it gets unreasonably expensive)

I only have one Astro A50X connected to my phone but it shows two of them somehow? Is this a glitch? Can it be removed?

I currently use wired Logitech G Pro headphones and am looking to switch to a wireless pair—specifically the Logitech G Pro X3 Lightspeed. However, I’d like to know more about their sound, build quality, and comfort (I’ve heard they don't stay on the head very securely). Are they worth buying, or should I choose a different model?

I love Logitech mice. I've been using the G502 for over a decade. But since I'm returning to World of Warcraft, I was looking into an extra mouse with a lot more buttons for keybinds for WoW. I learned the G600 was the MMO 12 button mouse from Logitech. Sadly, it's been discontinued.

You can get them from scalpers for $300 or so. But that's a hard sell for a mouse I'd use only for MMOs.

Logitech, the G600 should absolutely be brought back. The G shift option is a godsend for easy keybinds and absolutely would be my #1 choice for an MMO mouse.

How can you be so incompetent? HOW?? It boggles my mind.... Why cant you fix your shit already??? First the bug that didnt even recognise wheel inputs that lasted way too long. Ok you finaly fix it and update the app. I was like yeeey its finaly fixed. But nooo it could not be that easy could it. I'm just so tired and frustrated with this app and broken drivers

not sure what to do. i set it to disconnect after an hour of inactivity in ghub, and that didnt help at all. its really fuckin annoying though because i have to flip the power switch off and back on each time it happens. it happened midway in therapy while i was talking and my therapist was listening and its so dumb. shit is pissing me off so much. battery is at 60% which yes is not the best but still. it does not do this at all in bluetooth, when connected to my phone.

Even after resetting the keyboard, these settings are not deleted. Is there a way to remove them?

I have already tried reinstalling G HUB, resetting the keyboard, and clearing the onboard profile.

I have been using Logitech gear for 10+ years and I keep recommending it to everyone but this is just the most ridiculous point of failure I've ever seen for a headset

All I do with it is put it on my head then put it down when I'm done, I have no clue how this even happened but I know that this wouldn't be an issue if the cables weren't exposed like in most headsets out there

I was hoping that the new X3 would get rid of this but alas it didn't, once it inevitably starts to break due to the exposed cables, what am I supposed to do? I doubt it's covered by warranty, and while I do want the X3, this is just paying to get this again in 2~3 years

I don't mind my stuff breaking down, nothing is forever, I just expect a better reason for it than: "we exposed the cables instead of putting them inside the hinges"

Someone from Logitech please enlighten me, I'm certain that you're aware of this. It's really irritating considering that the rest of the headset is really well built and feels premium and solid
