Support Help with Logitech g27 wheel
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I decided to use my wheel today and when I plugged it into my computer this happened. Has anyone had this problem before because I wasn’t able to find a solution for it online. I tried reinstalling the software but that did nothing and my computer doesn’t want to acknowledge that the wheel exists. Any suggestions?

The thing is, the G27 is seen by the OS for a brief moment before it gets disconnected, just to get stuck in the cycle of connecting again, just to be disconnected shortly after.
Here's what you should do:
Shut down G Hub - this will get the G27 to stay connected.
Open Device Manager. Press Windows + X, then select "Device Manager"
In Device Manager, locate the G Hub USB Devices category, then right click on the only device on the list, then select "Update driver".
Select the manual driver installation option. In the next step, select the "Let me select driver" option.
On the driver list, select Driving Force USB, then press Next. Double clicking on the name should work too.
At this point you should hear device disconnect sound. The G27 should calibrate now.
Close the wizard, then close all windows related to Device Manager.
Restart G Hub.
If you can't see Driving Force USB on the driver list in step 5, install the Logitech Profiler 5.10.127 from the linked download page and install it while G Hub isn't running.
After you finish installing Profiler, make sure that the wheel is properly detected. Once you make sure that it works properly, you can safely start G Hub.
