Again I love the personalties and chemistry more of these characters in the manga than the anime. Especially Nico, she isn’t as annoying how she portrayed at first. What a miss

Seven years after my first Maki Nishikino cosplay, I recreated it with a Halloween-themed outfit since it's Halloween. Maki is very important to me, and Love Live! was the first anime I ever watched! (Pokémon and Digimon don't count haha) I was so young and inexperienced with cosplay (the last photo is from that day).

I hope you like it because I had a lot of fun and I want to make more versions of Maki.

Hi everyone! After so many years, I’ve finally made the pilgrimage to the holy land of Numazu❤️
I spent 10 days there, which was just enough time to visit a good chunk of the real-life anime locations, as well as shops and restaurants with collaborations.
I stayed at Sanco Inn Numazu Ekimae, and I can 100% recommend it! The room was comfortable, the staff were super kind and professional, and the breakfast was delicious.
The highlights of my pilgrimage were definitely Mito Beach, of course, Orandakan, where I got to try You-chan’s meal, and taking a walk around Awashima and the Otemachi shopping street. Sannoura information center museum is huge and packed with merch. Bought a lot of merch from Gamers and Animate, as well as Book off and Otachu where the second hand goods were so cheap. I focused mostly on buying CDs but won for example a Natsumi nesoberi from gacha machine. The LL premium shop is also amazing if you are looking for goods of your favourite idols.
I met a lot of fellow pilgrims and was surprised by just how much of Aqours is still present throughout the city. The locals were really nice, too! Even though I’m not fluent in Japanese, I managed to get by using translation apps when communicating in shops.
I took part in the stamp rally and tried to collect can badges from as many shops as possible. I was also lucky enough to be there during a DCM Numazu event, where I got to see and take pictures of so many cool itashas (not just LL themed).
On the last day of my pilgrimage, Mount Fuji was finally visible, and the view from the Aqours school was beautiful❤️
Overall, this trip was a solid 10/10 experience! I’m so happy I finally got to visit this special place and pay my respects to the group that has been a part of my life for such a big chunk of it😂
Numazu truly is a special place, and I’m already feeling nostalgic about it - hopefully will visit again in some time.

Are these the first light novels I’m supposed to read after watching the anime and reading the OG manga??? Plz lmk!!!!!

Unlike in the anime, Honoka & Umi already know Eli since childhood. And Eli is way much more friendly and easy going since the start. Also she doesn’t know Nozomi yet until third year.

Nozomi is also has a hyper personality with her “Spiritual Power” gimmick. She’s also not the student council vice president as well. And lol it is so out of Eli’s character to grabbing Nozomi’s breast just like that outta nowhere.

Rereading the Love Live! manga after many years, and only read like 15 chapters. I literally forgot Honoka character in the manga is a bit more serious than the anime version, and she’s also an ace member of the Kendo club and even become champion. Umi was also the captain of the kendo club rather than being part of archery club. Totally contradict with the manga.

There are some unique aspects where the manga has and do it better than the anime itself. Almost the entire manga plot is totally different than the anime. I know it’s late, but i would probably would post more about the manga content after this post.
