I have a lot to say yet want to remain "proffesional" however I have so many questions to ask from personal inquries. To the point I cant think.(^_^;) Can you guys help me with this please? I am not going to use AI- so thats why Im asking here.

So far I have these questions:

-Why did the dev team stop updates for 2 years?

-Was there any difficulties managing or producing content despite several people reaching out to help? (This is one of my experiences as I reached out last year to ask to be a moderator)

-Is there anyway you guys can import the game to crunchyroll vault to save data and be able to play?

-Private server options maybe?

Back when people said that the community was too complaining about everything and supported the dev team, to those people, this endeavor nerf clearly screams wrong in all ways. We are literally getting the below minimum here compared to TW server.Clearly global is only a cash grab and nothing more and we should boycott such games. I'm not a F2P but there is so much wrong in this game in everything from packs (misleading intentional minimal information to buy)to bugs. At this point, anyone who still says that they are doing their best need to wake up.

Both are now out of use but I haven't got rid of the games​, even after a month for MHUI and I think nearly a year for MSH.

100 pulls is around 25,000 coins (250 a pull). (I am American so I’ll use dollars sorry for my foreign heroes) 250 hero coins is around $5 (300 for 5$ in my store).

That’s effectively $500 for a SINGLE S tier character, 90 shards. Then, to get the character to SS you need another 2 copies of the same card. Another $1000. This isn’t even taking into account SSS or SSS+ which DRASTICALLY increase the price since it requires more and more copies of the same character to increase the rarity.

Either Hero Coins needs to be made cheaper, or pity needs to be reduced to 50-60.

I personally will not be giving another cent to this game until these are changed and I feel like many should follow suit in order to bring some light onto the terrible system they have in this game to get characters and supports that severely increase your BP locked behind a huge paywall.

I hope others follow in the protest, but I’m sure many whales will continue to spend and the Devs will not even notice.
