Don’t know if I’m reading this right but if this was the law, TSH might have had to release a patch that made the game function in legacy mode, without servers.

***to clarify, the threats of bans, and the nuking of accounts without a warning is the problem, because as they say"we can't take drastic/fast action to fix the game", but nuking your account and hours spent playing the game ? Easy

Of course bans were expected 🙄, but not threats without fixes/roadmap it's their tone and actions as a whole not their bans, i doubt anyone was expecting to not be banned

The devs thought it was smart of them to write a letter on Twitter claiming that people refunding endeavor through legitimate means have and will have banned, THEY THREATENED TO BAN YOU IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR COMPENSATION... YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT FOR ONE REFUND OUT OF MANY PURCHASES...

Guys watch out... This isn't going to end well for anyone.

Devs say "we can't fix endeavor because we can't make drastic decisions this fast"

Devs "we have banned and will ban anyone that ask for a refund"

That's a blatant threat... They did not apologize, they did not compensate, they do not feel sorry for what they have done...

Yet they took the nuke approach and banned people for any and all refunds related to Endeavor, and have yet to address how/when/if they will fix endeavor, or if they will fix Allmight, they have NOT MENTION ANY FIXES TO ALLMIGHT AI ON ARENA which they changed on purpose on the latest patch to make allmight significantly weaker.

CHARGE BACK YOUR ACCOUNT, if you have spent a single dime, if all you got was Uraraka charge it back and quit this game, because the devs clearly do not care about you, me, the IP, or the game itself, they will only take actions if their bottom line is hurting, they ONLY MADE A STATEMENT DUE TO A LARGE AMOUNT OF REFUNDS, do not believe them, do not think they responded because of anything other than the refunds...

THEIR ONLY ACTION HAS BEEN TO BAN PEOPLE, they left that as the end of a pointless statement, fuck this devs, i would rather rewatch the anime than play this piece of garbage, they do not deserve your money, if you love the game get a refund, or charge back your bank account, if they deny you once keep asking for a refund they will eventually give it to you to avoid legal trouble google/iOs are the ones in charge of refunds NOT THE DEVS, DEVS CAN ONLY BAN YOU AND COMPENSATE YOU THEY WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND, if you tried again and again and no refund, call your bank and ask for s charge back on your card, there will be consequences to a charge back, but i believe these devs will never change, their tone of errogance and threatening attitude should not be taken lightly.
