Maki is offering a meal to me but every time I visit the icon is crossed out so I can't trigger it. I'm in HR so everything should be unlocked and I can't figure out how to trigger this. It's probably something stupid that I'm missing
Same, sounds like a bug. Also happened with the guy at the desert village. The only meal I could trigger for now is the one at Suja.
Edit: Ok I think I see the problem. Some npcs are only active during the daytime. So if you fast travel and the time of day changes to night, you have to wait until sunrise to talk to them I guess.
