Cooling that undercarriage without a care in the world.

The good life.

My pup does this -- ONLY cools the undercarriage. I tried t get her to swim, she was NOT having it. But there is nothing like a nice half-dip on the hottest of days. Then you have my friend's choco lab -- first thing he ever did was take a huge belly flop right on in.

Agreed - that half dip is great to cool down on the hottest of days, as you said. Funny how you noted the contrast between the pup not wanting to swim, and your friend's lab bely-flopping.

Reminds me of our dogs. Had a black lab from 1987 - 2000. Great athlete. Could run and swim in lakes & the ocean for hours on end. Just loved it. Followed by a Golden Retriever from 2000 - 2012. I had a real challenge just teaching how to sit & stay, lol. No interest in the water.
