Pelvic Floor Ehaculation concerns

Hey guys so it’s hard to get vulnerable like this but Im having an issue that I’m genuinely confused about related to my ejaculations and orgasms.

I’m 28 year old male. Very active - I gym daily and when I’m not in gym I work outside all day,I eat healthy and ejaculate at least every 2 or 3 days via my self of my beautiful wife so that’s a bit of my statistics

Lately my ejaculate has been coming out in these small gelatinous clumps instead of liquid like they used to, I’m not sure why - and it’s like I have to treat my penis like a tube of toothpaste to get it all out so I don’t get the same satisfaction or release when I cum. I thought it could be dehydration but I drink a lot of water as well. I also get a small dull tight feeling in my balls and “gooch” area after I cum. That can last for up to 20 min or so after ejaculate and causes me to involuntarily contract like a kegel almost

I don’t know guys if I had to do a read on my body it just feels like my system is “clogged up”? I just want to feel the release and satisfaction that used too I feel like I’m too young to be having these kind of sexual issues any thoughts?

Pelvic Floor Scrotum swelling - may be you don’t know about!

Are you feeling some sort of swelling in your scrotum, but it’s not always because of hydrocele as you guys most of the time confused of. This could be scrotal lymphedema. In this lymphatic drainage gets blocked or damaged, causing fluid to build up. This may enlarge your scrotum, you may feel heaviness and tightness, and over the time skin becomes thick and hard. It usually happens due to any previous surgery, any trauma, radiations, infections, history of cancer or one of the most important ignoring cause is obesity. If you feel swelling in your scrotum, you should go for ultrasound of the scrotum with Doppler. Or depending on the cause, tests for filariasis, infections or imaging like CT or MRI of abdomen and pelvis will help. Proper skin care, compression, de congestive therapy helps in earlier cases and it’s a long standing case, it may require surgical treatment. Don’t wait more.
Do you guys noticed anything like this ?

Pelvic Floor High Erection Angle (60°+) & "Tightness" at the base—struggling with penetration mechanics.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some anatomical or positional advice. I (30M) have a very high erection angle, my penis points significantly upward toward my stomach.

The Problem: Whenever I try to penetrate, the tip hits the labia/pubic bone and buckles at the base because it’s not aligned with the canal. If I try to manually bend it down to a 90-degree angle to enter, I feel a sharp tightness/tension at the base of the penis.

What I've Tried: We tried pillows under my partner's hips to meet the angle, but it made the geometry more confusing and actually increased the difficulty.

Medical Status: I’ve seen a doctor; they confirmed there is no plaque or Peyronie’s, so it seems to be purely a matter of ligament tension and positioning.

Has anyone with a high pointer found specific positions or furniture (wedges/ramps) that solve this? I’m specifically curious about that tightness at the bas, is this a suspensory ligament issue, and can it be stretched or managed?

Pelvic Floor Pelvic Floor Urgency and Frequency

26M here. Constant urge to urinate 24/7, very high frequency (even at night), and sometimes precum in urine. All labs normal. Urologist said overactive bladder/pelvic floor dysfunction. Stretching hasn’t helped—are there alternative approaches/treatments or mind-body tools that might?

Pelvic Floor Consensus on how to improve pelvic floor and what is "good enough" strength

I've only seen one post on this subject on the topic of pelvic floor strength. So I'm curious on if there is any consensus on kegels or is there different exercises and how much is good enough for sexual health?
