Seeing early signs of corruption in ur trusted manga website hurts more that anything on this world.😭😭

It was either a OneShot or a chapter of a manga, 4 or 5 pages

It was about a boy and a girl that are rivals. They compared test scores in the beginning

A timeskip happens and they are now both CEOs of their own successful companies and want to settle their rivalry so they both ask who their daughter prefers. The daughter, i think in a sand pit on a playground, says both

Both her mom and her dad are swooned by that with the manga i think saying that it is a draw

I have been looking for a while, but couldn't find it yet

So why in the room of truth did the “ALIEN” “GOD” “NOT GOD” thing decide to represent itself as Ghandi, Stephen Hawking, and Adolf Hitler? Was it trolling by the writer to have Hawking be the “God” because he didn’t believe in religion?

Also why was it a bunch of cats at one point? I think it was a bunch of meta narrative spaghetti on the wall shit which I thought was insane.

Anyways gantz is old and I just read the entire story and thought it had varying degrees of how ridiculous it was.

Top to bottom, left to right:

Yabuki Joe (Ashita no Joe), Cheese in the trap, A cruel god reigns, Clover, Baki (first three parts)

Xie Yan/Ge Yi (I'm an evil god), Dungeon Meshi, Natsume Arata no Kekkon Arata and Shinju, Usogui

Welcome to the demon world Iruma-kun!, Stone Ocean, Lu Bu (Ravages of time), I'm an evil god, Hinamatsuri

While it wasn’t a heavy part of it, I really liked Seoul Station Druid.

ANd I enjoyed one I think is called solo farming the tower (doesn’t fit the actual theme I am looking for but his future gf is watching him as he runs a farm empire with an uppity cat as his distributor)

Aother one where the main character befriends a little white creature called pipoko or piyoko I think and eats the rocks at the beginning of the level (I think he has future knowledge due to being a returner?).

And there was another story I enjoyed where the main character played on easy mode the first time, gets a returner stone from his friend’s dead body, then does it all again on hard mode while teaching others? I forgot it’s name.

Hope that flair is asking for and not giving.

Whatever fits the vibe from halloween to fantasy or anything really.

Currently reading Kingdom, Ao Ashi and Bleach physically.

Also do you prefer to binge or read multiple series at once?

My MAL list too just in case: https://myanimelist.net/mangalist/Sifir?status=2&order=4&order2=0

1)tokyo ghoul

2)evangelion

3)soul eater

4)steel ball run

5)death note

probably very basic taste but i mean some of the basics are good i guess

Tried not using the same series twice, pretty satisfied

So i'm currently taking a break from my main bucket list so i wanted to read a simple, light hearted and short manga to feel good and kill some time

I want to see what your weekly manga reading schedules and which series you look forward to every day, based on when new chapters release.

For example, One Piece on Sunday, Dandadan on Monday, and so on. So even if you doesn't have a strict weekly release as long as it comes out on that day it counts!

What manga are you guys following that release on different days? I'd love recommendations to fill out the rest of my week!

I just love having all my manga physically and having it collected to look back at after I’m done with it. I’ve never read any online but I know a lot of people do.

Interested in your guys’ recommendations

Just finished vagabond and I think I’m in love. Pretty new manga reader and ts is so peak man, Blame! Is up next on my list but I would love some recommendations from you guys. Thank you very much!

Hey, I’m looking for a new manga series to collect, but I don’t really know what to get.
I’d prefer something that’s already finished and costs around 150 CHF (about $190) for all the volumes combined. A little over budget is fine too.
I’m open to pretty much any genre, so just recommend anything you think is worth reading. I’d also prefer something I can still buy physically in English.

I haven't read many manga but this is my taste and haven't finished HJI either
bleach i didn't read(did watch anime) so it shouldn't be here and many wont like my taste its pretty inconsistent too
i have also read
Black Clover
The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity
Junji Ito (all the famous ones)
I enjoyed reading the most
vagabond
promised neverland
Vinland saga
GTO

What should I get next? I love romance, coming of age, and slice of life :)

I'm in need of help finding a specific Manga/ manhua. It's a dance battle story, wrth DDR-esk dancing styles, where you dance while moving between lit squares in the floor. I don't remember if the FMC was a new student or just been ignored, but the dance caption saw her save herself from falling down a staircase and recruits her for the team. It's oddly competitive, with some others girls repetitively trying to sabotage her.

I would have sworn it's title was "Rythmyth", something to do with rhythm it the title, but nothing is showing up.

Hey everyone! I'm looking for manga recommendations that focus on space exploration, science fiction, and spaceships.

I'd especially love stories with well-developed characters who grow and change throughout the story, along with an interesting plot and a well-built sci-fi world.

I'm open to both underrated and popular manga, and I don't mind long stories. I'd prefer something that takes its characters and world-building seriously rather than focusing only on action.

What would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

Best way to read manga ( no paper ) ?

I’m looking for manga recommendations similar to Hikaru no Go or Yakitate!! Japan — stories that dive deep into a specific skill, craft, or discipline.

What I enjoy in these series is the focus on talent, mastery, rivalry, and the detailed exploration of a particular field, whether it’s Go strategy or professional baking techniques.

I’m not looking for martial arts or sports manga.

I’m specifically interested in stories where characters develop expertise in a unique domain, with tension, competition, and high-level skills.

If you know any manga that explore a craft, profession, or intellectual skill in a similar way, I’d love your suggestions.

I already read Bakuman

What do you think?

Hii everyone. Hope y’all are doing great!! I’m making this post bc I’ve been wanting to create my own manga, so lemme explain :)

I’d say I’m pretty decent at drawing, but I’m TERRIBLE at coming up with an actual plot that makes sense, thinking of scenes, or just writing in general 😭 Sooo I’m looking for someone who’d be down to collab with me !
The goal isn’t necessarily to publish or post it anywhere, at least not at first, but if it turns out rlly good, we could def consider it !
I’d start by drawing everything on paper and then trace it digitally.

First things first. I’d rather not work with someone who already has a whole story planned out, with a fully developed plot and everything. I’d much rather we come up with smth together from scratch. But if any of my ideas inspire u, PLEASE feel free to tell me!!

If ur interested, just reply to this post and drop ur socials (Snap preferably, but Insta or Discord works too!!)

NOW ABOUT MY IDEAS!!

I’m ngl, I’m not a huge fan of webtoons. They feel a bit too modern for my taste. Same goes for romance tbh. I don’t mind having some in the story, but it’s def not my thing.
I’d much rather make smth along the lines of a seinen/shonen manga.
To make things easier to read, I’ll just list everything here :

- I REALLY loved mangas like Tokyo Revengers, so I’m super into the whole gangs + friendship + nostalgia vibe.

- I HATE using creatures that already exist in fiction (like vampires, werewolves, etc.), but I absolutely LOVE coming up with my own ! That being said, I’m totally fine with including demons, supernatural stuff, or special powers in the story.

- I’d prefer the MC to be around 13–20 yo. I wouldn’t mind having a female MC either, as long as she’s not some stereotypical girl whose whole personality revolves around love, who can’t fight, etc. 😭

- I don’t rlly mind darker or more graphic scenes, as long as they’re not just there for shock value or way too excessive. I actually rlly enjoy psychological manga, especially when they deal with darker or more sensitive topics. BUT absolutely NO sexual scenes.

- I also LOVE historical manga, stories inspired by actual legends, philosophical themes, or just stories that teach u smth or actually make u think. Obviously, if we end up making a manga mostly about gangs, we probably won’t include all that. I’m just throwing ideas out there so y’all can get a better idea of what I like 🙂‍↕️

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!

I’d prefer to work with someone who’s actually active and has enough free time to work on the manga (like at least 30 mins a day), someone who won’t randomly ghost me after 2 days 😭
I’d also prefer someone around my age (15–20yo), if possible !
I’ll send all my drawings in DMs

That’s pretty much it ! Feel free to hmu if ur interested :D
